We had expected a suite. We had a single room. Hotel was in pre-sseason mode Only 2 other couples in whole place. Minimal staff.

Maybe music on weekends -deemed essential for vibe -was too loud .But staff turned it down a bit when this was suggested.

Excellent and welcoming staff . First class room --actually a suite. Beach -very Adriatic .Excellent to walk along .A bit too shallow for good swim . Am not a fan of Italian system whereby use of beach facilities incurs a charge above and beyond hotel rate . However hotel's generosity on room compensates for that . Overall area is still a bit sparse and lacks intimacy .Breakfasts first rate .Other meals very good , but about 10-15 % overpriced compared with ,say, a good restaurant in ravenna . Overall strongly recommend .

Not the fault of the hotel at all, but everything surrounding the hotel is closed in low season so we had to taxi to visit a shop etc however the hotel facilitated this for us and did everything they could to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

The hotel was beautifully presented and in excellent condition. We had 3 rooms and all were a very good size with plenty of storage. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal that we had. The staff were all amazing; kind, friendly and professional. We visited in low season and, although initially disappointed that the beach club was closed, the staff went out of their way (Adriana particularly) to make sure that we had the best time possible. The hotel was lovely and quiet and it felt like we had our own private resort at times! We look forward to visiting again next year during the summer!

This is the best hotel in that area. Staff are extremely friendly with professional manor. Especially the lady with glasses who could be the manager of the hotel and the young gentleman escorted us to the beach -bed gave us an exceptional service at all times. We left our personal belonging behind and they straight away arranged delivery for free which was impressive. They showed true hospitality which is not only during our stay but even after experienced fabulous time they still care and that made us want to go back to this hotel again. If you want romantic stay with your partner, definitely visit this hotel.

comfortable right on the beach, which is also convenient in February for a short swim in the sea. Service and welcoming is extraordinary warm and friendly, breakfast is delicious. The SPA could be somewhat bigger, finish sauna is missing, but the overall experience is always great. Ariana is the perfect host, always ready to take care of anything you need. first off, my boyfriend had reached out prior to our trip to ask how much a taxi cost from bologna airport to the hotel. once he saw the price the hotel sent back, we searched other options for transportation as it was quite expensive and my boyfriend never responded confirming we needed them to book us a taxi. However, they did book one but since we didn’t take it, we heard about it our whole stay. The last night we were there, the man working at the desk said we couldn’t get a taxi that night or the next morning to our cruise ship which before I booked the hotel I made it aware we needed to get to the cruise terminal but since we wouldn’t pay the 170€ for a taxi we never confirmed to order or got in they banned us from any taxi in Lido di Salvio. The man took advantage of my boyfriend (English is not his first language) and made him pay 85€ cash to provide us with a taxi to our cruise. When we checked out I told the lady how unacceptable this was and how we were treated so poorly this whole stay because of this taxi issue and she did give me the 85€ back but I will definitely never stay here or recommend this hotel again. I wanted to check out right after checking in and had a really bad experience the entire stay, we really couldn’t enjoy it and we’re counting day the time until we got to check out. there is a list of other issues we encounter during this weekend stay, but the list goes on and this was the biggest one.
