The location of this hotel was fantastic. On a beautiful residential street with parking in front of the door. Walking into the center took 3 minutes. Our room was extremely comfortable and squeeky clean! You are totally independant here. There is someone at the reception in the morning but upon arrival there is a series of codes to get into the property. Not a problem for us but for those that prefer personal contact and/or assistance, this is not a good choice. We did get some great advice in the morning which was very much appreciated. Loved Modena and will be back and would defiantely return to this hotel.

They didn’t have any stairs (it’s an old building) not a problem for us but might for people with lots of luggage.

Clean room and exactly what we need.. largish room for an older building. Check in instructions were easy and parking was great. Great bakery near by!

If I had to critique anything is that there isn't any water or glassware/plastic cups in the rooms. They do have a small water system on the 2nd floor landing but if you don't plan ahead, going down to get the water in the middle of the night isn't ideal. They also have dark metal bottles in the room but we weren't sure of their cleanliness - luckily we had our own so wasn't an issue. Just plan ahead on the water.

Adorable historic 3-4 floor building close to the main area of town and other frequently visited sites. The room was perfectly fine and the bathroom was spacious. Only two rooms per floor, so not a lot of activity or noise which was appreciated. Easy self check-in and check-out. When staff was present, they were super helpful.

Our room was on the ground floor and though the area is super quiet, we were basically at the entrance and could hear the staff early in the morning talking, working, it was noisy. Not a big deal for us, but our friends were in 1st floor and it was quieter.

Place is lovely renovated in a very nice residential area and 2 minutes walk to the old town. Really great location. Really nice place. Clean, modern with style. Check in super easy. If you come by car like we did, you receive a permit for the time of the stay and you can park on the street, and we found space directly in front of the hotel.

I suggest washing the top cover of the bed - ours had unpleasant smell

Room was cozy and nice. Location also very central. There is no elevator, but it was ok for us because we had small hand luggage. In the room we had coffee and tea and water as well.

Everything was perfect

The hotel room was excellent we completed the electronic check in with ease, We were unable to find a park on the street on arrival so we parked at the parcheggio for 24 hrs at a discounted low price. We later moved the car to the street in front of the hotel the next day. The hotel was located within walking distance and at a very close location to Modena centro. Valentina was extremely helpful and very friendly and spoke English very well. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the place, the room was a bit dark, but good facilities, excellent bed, on a wide but not too busy street, with the shutters closed calm and peaceful, the bathroom is excellent, lovely toiletries in fixed containers (used shower gel, hand soap and body lotion), good fresh towels - location excellent, walkable to everything you want - lovvvvveeee Modena
