The soundproofing of room 132, in which I stayed. I could hear the conversations from the room next to mine. I informed the reception about that. Also, the room is above the gym, and when someone was running on the treadmill, I could hear the steps. Being an engineer, I could state that the problem can be solved easily and I would kindly like to suggest to the hotel manager, to put extra soundproofing on the side wall and the floor. However, when I stayed in a different room in January 2024, on another floor, I didn't face such issues.

1/ The personnel was very kind and friendly and they would offer help for everything you need. 2/ The bed was comfortable. 3/ They have a fridge inside the room. 4/ The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety, especially in cakes and sweet things. 5/ They offered free transportation from the hotel to the metro station and back.

Breakfast choice could have been a bit wider- Too many cakes- at least 7 types. Bacon was fatty. tomatoes and cucumbers were often finished. fresh fruit was just banana and pineapple. Beds were uncomfortable- a bit short and hard, pillows too high. Room conditioning in both of our rooms did not cool- only heated. no connected rooms- hard for families with small kids.

Breakfast ok. It was advertised very good, but I would like to mark it just good. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

The neighborhood was quiet, although I did not feel too comfortable walking alone in the area as there is hardly any pedestrian :-D Between the hotel and Maximo shopping mall it is about 20 mins walk. Restaurant options for those staying at the hotel essentially include the hotel restaurant or the mall itself which has plenty of choice. My recommendation is Segniorvino restaurant at the mall. Nothing much to see around the hotel, but convenient location for reaching Ciampino airport.

Wi-Fi signal in my room was very bad and was disconnecting every time Soap should be better quality as their soap give bad smell in bathroom after using
