The hot water took a minute or two to get to the shower. Just turn the handle to the left and wait until it gets there.

It is located right on the Main Street which made it easy to find restaurants and is about 3 blocks from the beach. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There was a mix up with the breakfast, but the host was very apologetic and made sure to set up a dinner for us at a very good restaurant. The room was clean and quiet. We went in November which is a slower season to go, so the town was fairly empty and quiet. Some places were closed, but we still had a fun time. Overall it was a very peaceful experience and we loved it.

- SLOOWWWW wifi, sometimes un-useable. - This place could be amazing if common areas were accessible. The outdoor terrace is beautiful and spacious, but is only open for breakfast from 8-10am and otherwise it is locked. The lobby area could be nice but A/C is off so too warm. I was working remotely with my partner and if we were both on calls, I had to sit in the hallway where the lighting is timed so I had to keep pressing the lightswitch every minute to keep the lights on. Would be nicer to have more space other than our rooms. - Kitchen downstairs is essentially used for storage and nothing works. Such a pity. - At least provide a microwave for guests, otherwise have to eat out every day. We'd stay longer if we could cook more food at home - Breakfast is not as diverse/plentiful as the photos show (this makes sense since there is not enough guests to eat that much food, but I feel the photos are misleading). Leftover food is sometimes served the day after (along with some new things), so not everything is fresh - Online advertises shared clothes drying machines but we didn't see it onsite and the host didn't show us it - Need drying racks available inside the room to dry clothes. Online says drying racks are available but we only saw 1 on the outdoor terrace which is closed to guests most of the day. Host doesn't allow hanging clothes on the balcony but this is a beachtown so having wet clothes is inevitable and it would be much more convenient to allow guests to use the balcony - Online says room is soundproof but it is definitely not. You can hear people in the hallway and you can especially hear sounds from the street. Bring earplugs. - Several things in our room could use improvement. The thing that holds the shower head was broken so we had to hold the handle with one hand to shower. One of the bathroom drawers was hard to open, the bathroom cabinet was soooo squeaky, the bathroom sink needs a filter to keep stuff from falling into it

- Great breakfast, with savory and sweet goods, coffee that is made on the spot via espresso machine by the nice lady who manages the kitchen. The kitchen manager is really nice, keeps breakfast clean. She didn't speak English, only Italian, but understood our needs and showed great customer service. - Central location, right on a busy street with shops and restaurants and just 400 steps or so from the beach - Clean - Host was nice and allowed us to store our luggage and check out at 11am. He gave us great recommendations for where to rent bikes, free public transportation around the area, discounts for a beach chair rental, and he also recommended the Zingaro Nature Reserve which was AMAZING. Definitely go, I'd recommend walking it the entire length. Would be nice if host had map or had more recommendations such as where to eat!

There was a communication problem regarding our arrival time. Which was resolved after a small waiting time.

The air conditioner didn’t work. Wi-Fi is problematic. Owner is super rude when asked to resolve the problem. Francesca from breakfast was amazing tho.

I would not recommend this place during the off season. After driving for a few hours we had to wait in the reception area for over an hour because staff was not there to let us in. I searched for phone numbers, was texting. 2 of the phone numbers didn't work. Finally when the owner answered he was out of town and said he would send someone to let us in. We waited another 30+ minutes. After being there a few hours the place was really cold and the heating unit would not work. I asked them to come look at it and they said it was broken. They said another unit would start to heat it up. I requested a new room because the other unit did not seem promising. They were nice so I feel bad giving a bad review. But it really was a bummer wasting all that time.

Quiet in a busy street, super in the middle of everything. Great helpful staff. Pity spent there only a short time. Need to go back.
