an onsen after a long day would have been nice

Only down side, was the comfort of the pillows and bed, and room size was on the smaller side.

Perfect location to get around and see Tokyo! If you are a train enthusiast, this hotel is for you. Our room had views of all the train lines coming in and out. On a few occasions we even saw the planes flying over from Haneda airport - very cool! Lots of places to find food, drinks and shopping within the area. LOVED the pajamas, they were very comfortable! Very clean room. As expected for most Tokyo hotels, the room was on the smaller side, as well as the bed.

A little difficult to find the right exit to the hotel so stumbled a little with our luggages. Good if u want to stay a night or two during your transit.

It was close to Tokyo central station which was good for us as we only stayed one night and needed to get the bullet train to Osaka in the morning. It is also close to the Imperial Gardens if that is something you'd like to check out

The lobby is a bit confusing as you have to first take the elevator to the 27th floor to check in, but following the signs is easy enough.

Wonderful rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly with helping us send our luggage on to the next hotel in Kyoto. This hotel is right next door to Tokyo station and Daimaru which have lots of shopping and dining options and make taking the subway or catching a Shinkansen really easy and convenient.

Great location in the centre of Tokyo, very well connected in terms of public transport. Nice comfy bed, and the room was spacious.

The Nihombashi Entrance corridor is lined with many restaurants. There is one teppanyaki place in particular that always smelled so good!! It always made us hungry to pass through this area, even if we were just catching another train to a different part of the city. That place always had a line, so we didn't get to try it, but based on the smells and how busy they were, I am certain it is good. So many restaurants and so little time (and stomach space).

This hotel has a great location right on top of Tokyo Station. You literally walk out of Tokyo Station from the Nihombashi Entrance, into Sapia Tower and up to the 27th floor for hotel lobby and reception. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get from the Shinkansen to this hotel; lots of signage to show you the way. Being close to Tokyo Station you have quick access to tons of food and shopping options. The hotel also has a formidable breakfast buffet at TENQOO. You don't hear much of the train noise being thirty stories up in the air, but it's certainly great to look out the window and watch the different lines come and go.

We had a south facing room overlooking Tokyo Station. Wow, just wow, what a view. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms were a bit dated. While the room was always very clean after service, it became a bit dusty after very short time already.

Excellent location, so convenient attached to Tokyo Station, Ginza etc, in walking distance. Very friendly service. Nice view for the kid out to the train tracks, but not noisy at all. Comfortable beds, pajamas were also practical. Would definitely consider this hotel again if staying nearby Tokyo Station.

Perfect location to explore Tokyo. Right at the entrance of the Tokyo station with access to the subway from the building. Amazing views of the city from 27 to 34 floors. The room was large enough for family of 4.

Hotel could have given better clearer directions from station. Hard to navigate for people who do not travel to Tokyo frequently.

Small double bed, against the wall, but we chose the cheapest room. Next time I would upgrade. Bar closed by 21h!

The hotel is right next to Tokyo Station, you just need to find the right exit from the station. See my photos. The photos show the exit to take from the station, the entrance to the hotel was in front The room was tiny but had e everything needed. The ‘freebies’ (toiletries, slippers etc) were replaced daily. The shower was great. Fab water pressure, ice smelling toiletries The lobby has a miniature train layout. Nice! The bar has fab views, snack/meals. Shame it closes so early
