Excellent location with subway station & park next to the hotel. Park view room is really nice & so are the breakfasts — both western buffet & Japanese style are fabulous & delicious. Some staff like Miss Abe is really helpful!

Room could get too warm with little control over the central heating/cooling. The lifts are oddly placed at the entrance of the hotel, would have to walk around a not insignificant distance around a central area, 2 shops, the reception or a restaurant to get to it, for some reason.

The drip coffee pod machine was great, only 100 yen for extras! The room was comfy and spacious (for Japan), and the quality of the stuff inside was pretty good. Conveniently located next to a train station with a large reception area. Staff was friendly and would open the door for me sometimes.

The room is hot even after adjust the air conditioning . I ask the hotel staff to open the window at the 5th nights and the room’s temperature finally cool to a comfy condition.

The hotel is located in a posh and quiet district in Sapporo. Have a very grand lobby. Spectacular view of the Nakajima Graden and the mountains nearby if you have a park view room. Very close to the metro station just 1 min walk by taking the entrance adjacent to the boutique of the hotel. Very high quality and delicious buffet breakfast,helpful,polite and heart-warming hotel staff.

Wonderful view over the park. Great breakfast with some gluten free options. Close to underground station and only 2 stops from central Sapporo. Stayed 9 years ago and came back. Redecorating nearly required but very tidy.

It was too warm and no cooling air conditioning. Room was a bit small for the three of us with three suitcases. Bathroom may need upgrading.

Good location, just next to the underground access, beautiful view of the park from the room and the restaurant, nice buffet breakfast.

Ok beds were a bit hard

Modern and very clean. Staff were fantastic, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. We loved our room with a view of the beautiful park next door. They have the option to have your room cleaned daily or you could choose to have a beer or water or green tea each instead. Opted for the beer as we were only there 3 nights. The one and only complaint was the beds were a bit hard.

There is no on-site coin laundry except for a paid service that is way too expensive. So you have to walk about a block to get to a coin laundry if you want something reasonable.

My second time staying at the Park Hotel. It's an older place and it shows, but the facilities are still very nice. The on-site parking lot is a major plus for me.

FOR ME, I AM LUCKY TO HAVE THIS HOTEL every time i am at Sapporo. It offers a sufficient quad room for my family. they can clean your room everyday or swap it with free tokens (like drinks) food is good, and since i go here on winter season, the Sapporo park is just beside. train station is also in front, bus to airport is just across and 24/7 food mart (like lawson & family) are nearby. tho it is not at the city center, train is just across and few minutes away

We arrived about 2.15pm and stored our luggage until 3pm checkin. Would have been nice to checkin early.

Lovely hotel right next to the subway station and bus stops. Room was large with a view over Nakajima Koen. Breakfast choice of buffet on first floor or set meal in the top floor Japanese restaurant. The buffet also had a Japanese option. Our second stay here and it didn't disappoint.

We weren't able to take our hotel key out with us, and there is pretty questionable security as all you need to get your key back is a name and room number. It also meant we both were limited to leave and return to the room at the same time.

The view from our room was amazing. The proximity to the metro station was also very convenient in addition to there being a few convenience stores nearby. Despite being in a lower tier room, the staff also took the initiative to privately escort us to our room and give us all the information we needed.
