The pillows. Just awful! Went flat. We asked for more, which wasn't any problem as Christophe on reception brought them to us straight away. But even 3 was barely enough.

Great location. 5 mins from Adolphe Bridge, 10 mins from main square. Plenty of parking ( for a fee) Very quick WiFi. Friendly helpful staff on the reception. Large powerful shower. Fridge and kettle in the room so us Brits could make tea! Although bring your own mugs as there are only paper cups. Tasty food at the restaurant next door which was reasonably priced. Waiters were friendly and enjoyed a joke.

The gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. He gave us helpful information where to visit in the city. The room was clean and quiet with a bigger than average size. The paid parking at site makes it easier if you travel by your car.

1)The reception guy sent us to Park and Ride parking from which local bus N17 to city centre is not operating on Sundays! Prescious time lost. 2)We left the room 2 hours before check out time. Would be nice to offer your guests small extra parking time (you have even underground parking) at least till check in time when other guests can arrive.

Expensive for a 3*hotel, the accommodation is old and not comfortable having to walk outside the building to the restaurant on the other side of the complex where breakfast is served. Too expensive breakfast €21. The bathroom has no door, left exposed. Uncomfortable for the other person (if traveling with a friend, not spouse)

The location is incredible! Walking distance to the city, shops and sights. It’s super cute and cosy and exactly as expected. Parking was available (for a cost) and the top had all expected amenities including a decent sized fridge.

It was quite tricky to find the hotel initially. Google map directed us to different paths. The hotel is actually located inside a complex of buildings. There are two ways to get to the hotel, and one of it has a big name of the hotel at the front. Once you find the entrance, the signage would be easy to follow. Beware that the bathroom does not have a door. They provide only one bottle of water, but there is a water dispenser in the lobby where you can also grab more coffee/tea too.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 3 in the morning and were planning to wait in the lobby area until sunrise/check in time. The night auditor that day, Tobias, went out of his way to make us comfortable and even double checked the policy for checking in early for us! Our trip wouldnt be as pleasant without his help. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, there is a big sofa in the room and a working desk. It was warm and although my room window overlooks the street, I didnt hear any noise from the street. The location of the hotel is central. There is a bus stop just outside the premise and Hamilius is just 7 mins away on foot.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was excellent for walking downtown to the Christmas Markets. The restaurant associated with the hotel had a decent breakfast spread. Overall would suggest!

Veeeery expensive for 3-star. Resultant is a free min walk from the living quarters. Very warm even if the the heater is turned off, had to open the window. No curtain in the bathroom, things get wet from the show drizzle.

Relatively good location (10 min walk to public transport, walking distance to the center). Nice staff in the resultant. Cattle and fridge in the room. The room was spacious.
