Lovely place, very comfortable. Nice breakfast even if no people around to assure small cats do not jump over the tables while you are eating. You can hear the traffic from the street when you are at the pool but it is beautiful there to relax. I had a nice massage by Sahra!

Definitely coming back to this nice location, staff was detail oriented, professional and offered the best attention and service to us. Quick anecdote : we even forgot our docs and Jnane Leila managed to get them to us whilst we were in other city. Highly recommend to any type of leisure/ trip either with family, friends, workd or romantic, this location is worth a stop. Great Moroccan food, amazing rooms and the location makes it feel like one is outside Marrakech whilst being still very close to the center. My go to location in Marrakech is now Jnane Leila

Breakfast wasn't very good. Considering there isn't a lot of other venues to eat at in the area.

Pool and very large rooms. Nice gardens. 10-15 minute taxi ride into the main area of Marrakech

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect place for us to stay when we first arrived in Morocco with our 2 children (2+7). It was great to have some space for them to be able to run around. We liked staying somewhere less busy while we acclimatised to the city. The staff were really helpful and our kids enjoyed the kid friendly options on the menu like burgers and pizza.

Breakfast was a bit dire. There isn't alot around to go out to eat but a short taxi ride will take you anywhere. Easy to get a taxi if you talk to staff.

Nice gardens and pool area. Lovely large apartments.

There is a busy road next to the hotel that was noisy and smelly if the wind came from that direction. Some sharpish tiles in the pool.

The hotel was a lovely quiet oasis away from the town centre. The rustic Moroccan look of the hotel was really nice. The room was very clean. Lots of little quiet corners on the hotel grounds to relax. My teenage kids loved the grounds to chill. Would definitely recommend staying.

The bar area was out of stock of several items on the menu. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. The hotel was very hard to find and would suggest that someone looks at the entry in Google maps

A nice, simple place to sty away from the buzz of downtown Marrakesh. Nice pool area and plenty of shaded seating. Helpful staff, nice breakfast in a pretty garden

The overall experience was really nice and satisfying I enjoyed the vibe, a place for peace of mind, nice music around the pool, in addition to sunbeds, I appreciate the traditional lounge beside the pool Also most of the visitors are families, so my kid got along with others, which was fulfilling The staff is very welcoming, don’t hesitate to reach out to them, if anything bothers, they’ll handle it

We spent two days at the Jnane, to get some down time with the family after two days in Marrakesh. It was the perfect antidote to the bustling city. We read, played cards by the pool, ate at the hotel and just generally had a very relaxing time. The kids met other children and were happily occupied by the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Breakfast was excellent, continental style with lots of choice and beautiful seating area in the garden. Location- approx 10min taxi drive from the main square. Fatima and the team are always happy to book a taxi for you. There is only one restaurant within walking distance but we were aware of this when we booked and feel that the beautiful gardens and pool were worth the trade off for us.

    Missing minibars in the rooms

This became my home in marrakech. At Jnane Leila we really feel at home. - The staff is so friendly and highly available, - The location is calm, far from the noise of the city center and well located with quick acces to downtown avoiding the traffic, - Rich kitchen with reasonable prices - The ambiance around the swimming pool is very pleasant we made lot of new friends during our different stays. Don’t expect big luxury in the rooms but they are well equipped (TV, AC, Fire corner, bathroom…) furnished with authentic local style.

Some of the facilities and rooms are rundown, it needs major update. The room we booked had a disastrous bathroom, the toilet won’t flush, and the shower was a tiny stream of water. There was no fridge in the room or a safe. This was all remedied when we spoke to Adil and he upgraded us to a suite free of charge. We even extended our stay one more night because of his awesome hospitality. Another major concern is the bartender in the bar by the pool, he is one of the unfriendliest people I have ever interacted with in a hotel/restaurant. The spa lady is extremely persistent in a completely unprofessional manner. The entire property shuts down at 12am and they close the front door and turn of most of the lights, but there is a doorman who was always attendant for late arrivals.

Adil, the manager is a great guy who values the comfort of the guest above all else. The property is as beautiful as the pictures and it is a bit far of the beaten track out of the hustle and bustle of old medina, it is an oasis in the edge of Marrackesh. Just to clarify, if you stay here you will need a car otherwise you will have a very difficult time

Check in has been delayed despite I called prior my arrival, the location in booking is not accurate, taxi to the downtown is expensive. No fridge in the room!

Nice calm hotel, away from city noise, suitable swimming pool and nice small delecious breakfast. The room was kind of heritage style. Staff are friendly and the place is wonderful

My only quibble was that some of the tiles at the pool were a little loose with some sharp edges so it would be good to rectify this.

The staff were all really welcoming, efficient and always so happy to help. Our villa was spotlessly clean and really comfortable and spacious for the four of us. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu was tasty and reasonably priced. The grounds were spacious, well maintained and stylish with a lovely pool. Distance from centre was 10-15 mins and a welcome relief from the mayhem! Staff can arrange a taxi.
