the resort was a bit smaller than we expected with limited options as to what restuarant refers to, as most theme-based restaurants were only open at night. Also, the bar only served alcohol from 11am onwards which, even though I find this to be a responsible and reasonable choice, makes the "All-included" phrase fall slightly short of reality

The reservations for the special dinner restaurants had to be before 8 a.m. every day. We didn't make it. We had a water leak from the ceiling and it took them a long time to clean it up after it was repaired. This happened the first night.

Dinner reservation is very awful. I tried to book a dinner for 4 nights at 8am every morning, but I have not made it successully. I needed to go to the dinner place every night and wait for the dinner to see whether there is any cancelation. Buffet restaurant is always available, but the quality was not good as other restaurants which I need to book. The room condition on the 1st floor was very humid and smelled like moss, so I asked to change the room, but I needed to wait for a night. Second floor was much better the day after, but the first night on 1st floor was very disappointing. The staff’s help to change the room was helpful, but some of the staff at the front desk was very disappointing too. It needs to be improved.

Good option in terms of cost efficiency if you plan to go out during a day for water park or tours. Good to have several big pools and great to have beach for snorkeling and kayaking. There are lots of fish and there is very little wave and the it is pretty swallow & calm to snorkel with kid.

Beach- we initially had trouble finding lounge chairs with an umbrella for shade. We thought there would be more sandy areas. Restaurants that require reservations the process is hard to manage. would have liked to try the Mexican but couldn't get a reservation.

Beach- very good snorkeling area, the rocky areas made for interesting walks and views. Japanese restaurant is very good.

My one biggest complaint was the fact that I needed a reservation for a la carte restaurants and although there was a decent selection of them, the reservations were booked online at 8am sharp every morning and I constantly struggled with the booking system and error messages. Within minutes all spots were taken up. I found it ruined my day first thing in the morning knowing that early that I had no options other than buffet. We paid an upgrade to be a privileged guest and still could not secure reservations. Not having the option to have a la carte made me eat off resort more often making the whole week less valuable. I really despised this system and would shop around next time for this reason only. The neighboring resort did not have this system and guests could choose a la carte at any time.

The property was beautiful to walk through and had lots of pools and amenities- the staff was always working hard to keep everything in tip top shape. The area itself, Puerto Aventuras was amazing and clean and safe and so friendly!!!! Spent a lot of time off resort…

BLoved restaurant charges you 15 dollars and food is not better than buffet. Also, they do not include you drinks and you have to pay extra. We ended up paying 100 dollars for 2 people meal. Unreasonable in an all inclusive concept and again food was not good. Pools are not climated, all day very cold water.

They dont change the blankets until 3 days , also you have to reserve at some restaurants and theres no available seats , I was 7 days and have none reservations because they were full at 8:30 am I really dont like that. So for location its okay but for an all inclusive you have to make it better. Also the waiters at the buffet need more attention. Might not come back .

The food was fine but lacking in some additional western choices. Breakfasts were very good but lunches and dinner often lacked in quality.

The staff were all so nice and the resort was very well maintained. We had beautiful weather while we stayed and even though it was a busy time of year, the guests were all spread out across the resort and nothing felt overcrowded.

My daughters in law and I made use of the spa- very nice facilities but we all thought they were stingy with the products used. Otherwise my masseuse was excellent. It was very hard to book restaurants on the property. The booking system needs work. We were warned of this when we checked in. Our check in was very arduous- I used Booking.com and it seemed to be a problem for the front desk. Part of that may be due to Booking. com and their reservation method not meshing well with the resort’s.

It was Christmas so it was crowded but the resort managed well. Nice beach and location. Nice facilities. The buffet restaurant offered many choices

- The beach of the hotel is very rocky and hurts your feet (in the pictures it looks like it would be sand all the way). There is another one to the side, but only the customers that pay more may access it and it goes to the river, not the ocean. - Lunch and dinner is limited. - Alchoolic drinks at the bar are served with little to no alchool. Had to give bartender specific instruction on how to make a proper gin tonic (with actual gin and actual tonic water...). He was a nice guy and complied. I tipped him every time during the rest of the stay.

The location is isolated which means anything you need to buy is expensive. The location boasts some of the best cuisine but you need to book anything other than the buffet restaurants, the app didn't always work. My shower never got hot and I didn't have a good view, the location of the room picked up staff noise but luckily it wasn't too early.

Much bigger resort than expected, but offered everything you need, numerous pools and a beach, entertainment and generous all-inclusive times extended in the in room fridge.
