we had access to an excecutive lounge were we would have been able to have free breakfast and drinks but we didnt use it because people in front office didnt tell us until check out!!!!.... we paid for an excecutive room and could not enjoy the perks because of an ommision from the front desk staff.

Waited 2 hours for the room to be ready. Front desk asked to wait at the cafe where drinks are on house. Promised to come find me once room is ready, however the promise was not fulfilled as I had to check myself again for the room after 2 hours.

Very pricey. Would like to have stayed longer but cost prohibitive. We are traveling back to KL in a day or so, would like to stay there again but costly.

Buffet was outstanding. Great variety and service. Pool is amazing and staff always attentive. Room exceptional. Location by KL Sentral station very good. Executive lounge was good.

Situated at KL Sentral. Easy access to trains. Spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows. The staff msged to ask for our welfare and show concern. Had problem with the wifi but was immediately rectified. A great buffet breakfast with a variety of food. Overall, the staff is friendly, from downstairs to upstairs.
