The main issue was that our room was 25.5 degrees most of the time and the staff were not able to resolve the problem, although they tried very hard and even offered us a new room for the last night. The stairs are very steep, but I understand that is common in Holland. Even with the heat issue, we would stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped. The location was outstanding. Communicating with staff was excellent. They arranged to have the cleaning done early so we could check in a bit early.

It was a bit cold on the last night and the type of heating in that apartment couldn't be adjusted. This wasn't a huge problem, we just needed an extra layer.

Loved the design and specification of the apartment, it made the trip that little bit more special. The owner was really friendly as well, we were next door to a great bar/restaurant and the location was central to everything that we wanted to see.

Just one small thing, you could add a bigger knife to Catherina cutlery. It was pretty challenging to cut the bread with butter knife.

Great communication with the host, no problems at the arrival. You get all the instructions on how to get into apartment. Excellent location, close to everywhere. Awesome and spacious apartment, nice decor. Well equipped, and secure, you even have an entry phone camera.

I was somewhat confused about how to enter the unit. This was probably mostly me being unfamiliar with locks and fixtures but I feel the instructions should have been clearer.

The only negative was that it was the noisiest place I've ever stayed at in Eindhoven. It seems to be located nearby some night clubs, and on Saturday they don't close until 4am, with very loud music and drunk people singing and shouting all night. Even at 6am the music was still going. I didn't sleep at all that night. This was only on Saturday though, the other nights were fine. But if you're a light sleeper, you may want to be aware of this.

The apartment was very beautiful and clean. It was comfortable, homely, and well equipped with everything you need. The owners were friendly and very responsive whenever I had any questions

We stayed in the Olivia suite on the 3rd floor. The apartament is spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals, they also offer discounts at nearby restaurants. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the view to St Catherine’s church is amazing! So happy with our choice and we highly recommend it!

Nothing to dislike, just be aware that the kitchen is great for making (Dutch) breakfast, using the oven and stove. It’s less equipped for preparing dinner meals. But plenty of restaurants around ! It’s located in the (shopping) center, so paid parking only.

Great location. Apartment has good layout, two bedrooms with great comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly, easy check in and fresh towels during our stay.

Great location, 10 minute walk from airport shuttle bus stop. Right in the heart of town, losds of restaurants and bars nearby. Very spacious and very clean. Whole process of collecting keys was rapid and simple.

The flat smelled of smoke a bit - I think it might be from people smoking on the upstairs balconies and the smoke entering through the ceiling windows. I missed a drying rack for wet laundry.

The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Apartment Rob is very spacious with a quirky and beautiful interior. My colleague said it felt like home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom had enough towels and shower gel, etc for our stay. The landlord was friendly and kept us informed when the fire alarm in one of the other apartments went off during the night.

too much light from the windows

maybe the est equipped kitchen i have been to, even with olive oil for cooking, at last the bath also was well equipped with shampoo and shower gel and clean the bed was comfortable the location was at the middle of the most important part of the city
