For an eco-friendly hotel, the 2 showerheads that can only be turned on simultaneously were a bit of a deception because of the low water pressure and the waste of water whilst taking a shower alone.

The very general meal for the breakfast are eggs. Eggs must be soft (when scrambled) and always fresh made. We found very poor quality of scrambled eggs with structure and taste like they were cooked from powder. After we requested omelets we received exactly the same material served just in different shape (not omelet) which took almost 15 minutes. This was frustrating counting the breakfast price and cuisine quality reputation. 10 bottles of spirits moved from the bar to the breakfast restaurant are useless in the morning. Just improve the basis - eggs. We also had a dinner which was tasty. The personnel was excellent. It is very fine place for forrests loving people.

Music in the corridors that I could hear in my room, cumbersome to reach the rooms (up to 1st floor, cross corridor and go down again), no bottled water in the room

Spa area could have been a bit better appointed with a better/cleaner outside relax area.

Room very comfortable and well equipped. We had quiet room as requested, and check in was extremely efficient with amicable front desk staff. Parking excellent, and was the availability of bikes for a reasonable price (essential for a great Veluwe experience)

We found the double shower not very practical for either one person or 2 persons as the shower heads are too close together and the water pressure and direction was ineffective.

The location is wonderful and near nature. Check in was seamless and our room was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its extensive variety of food and drinks.

The breakfast didn't have much variety, I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

The road in front of the hotel is quite noisy. Take a room in the back if possible.

No hair conditioner! Why?? Who needs body lotion anyway? When traveling I recon on 4 and 5 star hotels to provide conditioner. Here they deemed this bathroom item not necessary, so my hair was a mess as a result. Staff didn't want to help me out on this one. Then: hotel "gastronomique" but a restaurant with just one menu. A good one, sure, but the next night we had to go out and find dinner elsewhere. Breakfast: pancakes from the supermarket, scrambled eggs baked too far (dry crumbles). Suite: the balcony was too dirty to enter (birds had made it their home). Chairs and tabels in the living room were old and worn down / damaged (laminated wood furniture, in 2021, really?). House keeping skipped us one day, we were forgotten.

The tower room (4th floor) was fabulous. Almost 360 degrees view on the forest surrounding the hotel. Sitting in the living room, you just see tree tops all around you. Spa and gym were nice too.

Check in was not efficient . Key I was given did not work ( OK that happens ) but then I had to wait ages for the receptionist to finish a long phone call before she fixed it ....she could have done this while still on the phone its not complicated . Someone spilt something in the lift and it was like that from late afternoon and all evening , when we mentioned it to the receptionist she laughed , said she knew but did nothing about it ??

Breakfast was good , staff at breakfast were really nice Room was OK but a bit on the small side. Glasses and towels were not replaced the first day Would have been nice to have the choice to eat outside 2nd and third evening but we were told there was insufficient staff to do inside and out Only one dining option on third evening we wanted to eat in bar but it was closed at 6.30? However we were allowed to only have one course and coffee in the main dining room but had to get permission for this Food in restaurant was good - very good but very little choice not expected this for a 5 * hotel Overall staff were very friendly Plenty of good free parking Balcony was good , nice and big and good view of the garden but no table and a bit noisy because of proximity to main road

Solid design and luxuriously appointed room. The gourmet dinner at their restaurant was excellent - staff very amenable to our child's request for a shorter-coursed meal with mixing of the menu items. Lovely walk right opposite the hotel just before our long car journey home.

If you come on weekend, check really in advance if they have free place in restaurant for dinner. Otherwise it's quite a big problem to find restaurant in city which is opened bit longer (most of them close kitchens at 8 pm or 9 pm)

Very nice hotel, surrounded with lot of trees. Close to street, but still quite place. Very friendly and polite staff. Nice rooms, comfortable, clean, big, with balcony. Enough space for parking. You can rent also bikes there. Really good breakfast. Nice bar which is opened till late night and you can get there really good wines.
