the room was great, beautiful interior design. bed and pillows are comfy to me. breakfast is great, impressed with the pan cake making machines. the rooms are in another building than the receptionist area. kind of a maze but not difficult to get them, follow the signboard will do.

We had deluxe apartment/room, just wondering how was normal standard apartment/room? Apartment didn't look the same as booking.com photos, door to the bathroom was very noisy, door of the shower didn't close (so water came to the floor), maybe this room needs renovation. Very expensive stay. Soundproofing not good, you can hear when neighbours come to their room, also you can hear when neighbour makes coffee.

Bed a bit too soft for me. But was comfy and clean

Only very minor downside was the TV where English language channels were not working. Nice to ctach up on news from home when away. But a really minor point.

We were welcomed with a warm greeting and a fast friendly check-in. Our room was in another building a very short walk away in a secure building accessible using room keycard. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We used the pull-down third bed which took up much of the free space in the room but there was still room for all to move around. Beds were all very comfortable and heating was easily adjusted. Bathroom had a shower and a bath, both of which were clean and well maintained. Room was quiet despite being on the ground floor with a main road not far away. Can have no complaints at all. This is a very good hotel for both leisure and work stays. The htoel is a little way outisde 's-Hertogenbosch central, probably too long to walk for the majority. Getting to the hotel is an easy 5-10 minutes drive from the central station by taxi (€12). We also discovered 3 buses from the city (8, 9, 140) which stop a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the journey is just over 10 minutes. The buses run every half an hour, but a spaced out well so no more than a 10 minutes wait during the day and 20 minutes at night. Costs of €1.70 is a real money saver.

People in next room shouting at each other at 4.00am, not funny. Breakfast was very good but like all hotels is very expensive to the point of not having it. Euro 57.00 for 3 breakfasts, really?

Nice modern hotel, big room, restaurant on site, near to public transport and could be walked to from town centre.

Couldn't get any food just after 4pm. and after a six-hour drive, except a large roll! Email messages fom hotel to me in England were in Dutch.

The water boiler in one of the rooms was broken (dripped water). Otherwise, all good.

It was a cozy stay, we liked the rooms and the flexibility to store our luggage during the day and checking in in the night.

You have pay a surcharge for room service and for checking out later than 11.00 which I found very expensive. There was no microwave in the room to warm milk for my little one. I had to go always down to the reception to ask about such small things which is not handy when you stay with little ones. The restaurant staff didn't really seem welcoming. We were new and didn't really know what menu possibilities there were. Therefore we decided to search for a place to eat somewhere else.

I would have preferred a better/different coffee maker (maybe a Kurig), but that's probably my North American preference for the way I like to make coffee :)

The rooms were very nice - well appointed and nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great! Walked from hotel into Vught - it was a nice walk along a relatively quiet street (and Vught was nice to visit!).

I booked a massage through the tablet that didnt go through to the spa. That was quite disappointing as they werent able to get an appointment after I followed up

The dinners are always amazing! The restaurant is really lovely. I also like the facilities as they always spotless. The room service is also very good

It is situated between Vught and Den Bosch so a bit far from either of you do not have a car. Some of the staff weren’t as friendly.

This was a lovely hotel with room sizes more typical of a North American style hotel. Is was very clean and comfortable with all that you need.

a closed lobby in the morning, so we where not allowed to sit on the chairs/sofa’s to wait on the Taxi. Very strange situation. The route to the room is also a little strange. Room was very warm when we arrived.

Food in the restaurant was dreadful and menu was from the '80s. My steak was not edible. Did not eat there after that.
