Luggage room was tiny. We weren’t able to check in until 3pm which was fine, but we needed to get ready so proceeded to do our makeup in the lobby (tucked away in a corner) and was told by one member of staff that we wasn’t allowed to do this, but also wasn’t allowed to check in early? Didn’t really understand what we was meant to do as an alternative.

Excellent location, room was perfect for a 1 night stay.

The location is very convenient. It is right beside Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel. Looks modern and clean. The room is on the small side and quite basic but the bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is quite good and generous. The restaurant /bar in the lobby serves good food and coffee.

Air conditioning was very very difficult to adjust. Bathroom was too small impossible to use a towel to dry yourself after shower . Breakfast was very poor no pork sausage or bacon or proper eggs. Scramble eggs were hard and cold. Coffee very poor quality

The view out the window overlooking the train platform was uninspiring, but this is the luck of the draw. The room was expensive, but it was not out of line for downtown Amsterdam.

The location was excellent, just steps from this Amsterdam Centraal Station. The room, while small, was clean and comfortable.

The room was pretty small. We are 2 friends who have 2 big luggages and do not have space to put both luggages out. The toilet is super small and cramped. The room does not come with a kettle though you can request for one subject to availability.

Tv guide/menu....not easy to find on tv in room. Tea/coffee/kettle......missed not having in room.

Awkward elevator situation to get to rooms

There is a small gap between the wall and the bed, which the suitcase couldn’t be pushed through, we had to lift it up so that we could keep one case on the other side. Since we always drink warm water, kettle is quite important for us, we brought our own, but then we realized there was no cups for us to keep the water. Good we got 2 more disposable ones from the cleaners next day. Instead of keeping 2, 3-4 pcs would be better.

The location is so good. Right next to the central railway station, it’s so easy to go everywhere. The most important thing, it has the elevator. We didn’t go for the room with view, although we could see the train rail, but we didn’t hear some bad noise of the train passing during the night, very quiet. The room is clean. The breakfast was not included, but my mom and I went for the breakfast every day.

Temp control in the room seemed difficult. I was always a bit too warm and couldn’t figure out how to cool the room. The decor reminded me a bit of a (nice) student residence.

Location , clean, safe. I arrived a bit early and the staff were able to check me into a room that had been cleaned.

I was really concerned about the security of my luggage. We arrived early and were told to store our bags in a 4th floor closet. We retrieved them ok later, BUT ANYBODY could have gone in and stole our bags—even though it did require a hotel issued key. What’s to keep a guest from going thru another guest’s bags?? Your hotel. REALLY has to have a human store guests bags. It was just so unprofessional!!!

Difficult to use the safe with the small opening into the cupboard.

Very cramped but it served its purpose for us. It was a place to sleep to be up very early for a train home. The bathroom was a good size.
