The only very minor criticism was that some of the bathroom fittings were very tired. But they didn't distract from a wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a very beautiful part of the city and it's itself very quaint. The room overlooked a canal and quiet street. We couldn't hear any disturbance from outside but could we great any other guests. The room was spotlessly clean and the mattress very comfortable for our standard room. The smell of breakfast was tantalising as soon as the bedroom door was opened and it proved to be as good as it smelled. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good. Would happily go back again

The less able would struggle with all the stairs. Also we came back for a nightcap, unaware there was a private birthday party being held.

THE BELL TOWER! Exhausting! Every hour...DIN DONG! I didn't sleep because of it... If you want to sleep, make sure you choose the room far from that side :) Probably the breakfast was not special, but it's a 3-stars hotel...

The receptionist and staff are very gentle, welcoming, and professional. I have really enjoyed my time in Delft. The location of the Hotel is very good as well as the room.

Stairs: I was in a room on the top floor and there are a lot of steep stairs. Not a problem for me, but could be a problem for others.

Location was excellent, shops, bars, restaurants close by. A short walk to the train station.

we had to climb several flights of small spiral stairs with our luggage to get to our room. the basic rooms were very small.

The history and decor was beautiful. The outdoor space was lovely. The rooms considered suites were beautiful. We could walk to everything from the hotel.

Unfortunately when I arrived my room was dirty (uncleaned bathroom and unchanged sheets). They immediately changed my room with a clean one, so problem solved in few minutes ... but 2nd floor rooms not very well accessible due to very small stairs.

Lack of a lift resulting in a very steep climb of steps upto the 4 th floor where we had our room. In addition the shower door could not be closed

The boats are taken off the canals in October. This happens all over the city but we didn't know and thought breakfast was serviced on a boat

No shower in the bathroom. It was a tub with a shower head with a leaky hose and no shower curtain. Otherwise the bathroom was fine.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Delft is my favorite in all the places we visited.

We were a little disappointed with our room, although it was probably the most quiet room in the hotel. We could not hear the church bells or the other guests. The adjacent courtyard would be very nice in the summer.

A good breakfast with enough choices. It is too bad that they are having staffing issues, as it has a lovely restaurant area that cannot be used for lack of staff.
