You really kind of have to use the shuttle, it's not easy to get to public transit. Next time, I'd probably look for something located closer to the next train station to be more connected.

Good beds. The restaurant was very good, and really cute in a greenhouse-like building. The shuttle was easy to use. The sauna area was a bit unusual to me, but I'm glad they had the steam room and UV cabins so that there were other options when people just wanted to warm up (seems there was an amateur hockey competition weekend and most teams there while we were there)

This hotel is easy to reach from the airport, has a shuttle service, the staff is friendly. It is an option when looking for a hotel that is located close to the airport

There is only one point that could be improved: the kitchen. The prices are high and all 4 of our group left food on their plates at the dinner. They advertised a hamburger restaurant inside the hotel, but we couldn't find it.

I recommend the hotel to everyone. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioner can be used to set any temperature quickly, the soundproofing is good, and it is quiet. There is a drink vending machine in the corridor and a convenience store in the lobby. A free shuttle bus goes there and back from the airport, punctual and fast. The breakfast is quite expensive, but the selection is very large and plentiful. Their pastries are excellent!

Lack of some amenities that should be found in a 4* hotel, like slippers. Not even after asking at the reception I didn’t get a pair of slippers- they said they run out of slippers. You don’t have too many options for dinner other than the hotel restaurant , which would not be my choice under normal circumstances.

It is an airport hotel, so the free shuttle bus every half an hour is great. Also the location -10 minutes ride to/from the airport. The breakfast was ok, the room is soundproof, clean and good size. Complementary bottle of water and free drink.

The heating was turned all the way up and there was no way to turn it off. It was extremely hot in the room, and the windows could not be opened. I asked whether the heat could be turned down which was not possible, and the staff recommended I turn the airconditioning on instead. Waste of energy.

That there was a ‘dog’ guest in the next room which kept barking in the night. Not a great night sleep for an early flight.

Safe wouldn’t work. Espresso machine did not work; crushed all three foil pods. Shower was different but worked very well. No face cloths.

Room was not clean (floors had sand) when I checked in. Cleaning on subsequent days was after I expressly asked; I had not put any tags to show I did not need the service. Secondly, the lobby/seating area close to the souvenir shop was often left dirty for long periods (morning until evening). Thirdly, the cover hole in the steam room (Spa) had fallen off and was left unattended for the entire period of my stay (18-24 Mar 2024).
