The bathroom was not very clean,no hair dryer in the bathroom,no proper mirror in the room either to get ready coz the bathroom mirror got really foggy. shower floor was very slippery.the guest next door were very noisy after midnight & early hours of the morning as well..thanks.

Location was very good..nice & quite,not too much traffic either..easy to get around as well.parking was good as well.we got a car park right outside our room which was good.there's lots of parking on the road as well.. thanks.

Room for improvement as there was a few things that could have been a bit cleaner like the bathroom sink/tap and would be nice to have a sink to wash the dishes in.

The heat pump would stop blowing warm air after a while, so sometimes it would get cold during the night. Perhaps an extra blanket on each bed would help. The rooms are not serviced on Sundays which I thought was a bit odd too.

The location was central to tourist attractions, restaurants and places for snack runs. The staff were lovely and did the best they can with the resources they had available to them. The shower was large and wonderful!

Noise from neighboring rooms through out the night. Reception time for opening in the morning to late. Wash hand basin leaked onto the floor.

Big shower and comfortable bed. Room was clean and tidy. Pool area looked good and safe.

The whole place is needing maintenance and brought up to its former glory. The room needed a good vacuum other than that it was very dated and mismatched. Loved the fact that it had a security sticker to make sure the windows and doors were locked but one window had broken latches and couldn't be sealed. All that aside. We slept well.

Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. It's great it had Netflix movies. Loved the fact that it's in a quiet cul de sac.

When my partner and I went to have a Spa, there was dead skin from previous guests that was floating in the spa, very unhygienic. There was some type of mould in the shower grout. The mini fridge is on the wrong setting or a bit broken as it froze our goods we out in the fridge. The light in the entrance to out room flickered whenever it was on. There was no option of Hot Chocolate or Milo in the drinks when I went to make my partner one as he does not drink Tea or Coffee. (Also a downside for someone who may have children)

I liked the Pool and the location of it (How it was accessible to guests from the ranch sliders). It was also in a good location not far from tourist attractions and fast food places.

The rooms need a bit of renovating and a deep deep clean. The bathrooms are the main area that needs to be updated as the space is not very well utilised and has the incorrect furnishings - hand basin is bench is much to big for the space, towel rail should be on a different wall so that you don’t touch it with your arm and legs when on the toilet, and its very awkward to get into the shower and to close the door. The rooms need a deep clean to remove the buildup of limescale/mineral buildup and rust marks on all areas where the water is - around taps, drain holes, shower glass etc. The bench in the bathroom also needed fixing as it has dropped and coming away from the wall. Oh and the elevator needs servicing. It feels like its about to break whenever it stops, and you can hear it going in your room.

The space you get when you book the apartments is great. And the staff are nice and friendly.

There weren't enough carpark spaces at the facility which was a bit of a hassle. Hoping to come back in time to get parking was annoying. Thin walls so we could hear our neighbours conversation most of the time. The spa and sauna didn't work and used clothes were found at the entrance of the spa pools. when we wanted to go later it was closed which was a bit annoying too.

The location was great. The room was nice just needed a little bit more of a wipe down from previous guests.

The room was disgustingly dirty. The shower glass hadn’t had a good clean in a very long time. There was hair tangled around the top of the shower drain. There were pink marks along the grooves of the shower. - Bathroom needs a deep clean! Not a biggie but their were lots of marks on the walls of the room interior. Receptionist on the Sunday wasn’t very friendly. Asked questions about Rotorua and got very short answers in reply. I’m not a complainer but wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Aircon not working - just circulated air in room, pool and lift out of order which why we booked hotel

Pool was out of order and turning green, spa pool was lukewarm, lift out of order, room was too hot as aircon was old and didn’t cool the air. Also is a WINZ accomodation which was a surprise, although our neighbours were very friendly 👍🏼
