Room we had was difficult to access with big luggages up 4 flight of steps for older folks & facing main road so was a bit noisy. Facilities not adequate with price paid & having to throw out/clear own rubbish at end of stay.

On the lake but no view due to pontoon storage waiting to be installed. Apartment needs some upkeep - curtains torn, hallway needs painting ( lots of marks) and hole in lounge (comfortable and of cause still useable - just looked crappy). For the price I think it should be better maintained.

It is further out so food options are limited. The lighting in the kitchen is not sufficient, very dark.

As a family of six the size was perfect, felt like a home. It had everything we needed. It is about 10-15 minutes out from centre of Queenstown, it is closer to the airport side, but this worked for us as we did day trips every day so didn’t have to drive through the craziness of the centre.

Being asked for credit card details for security via email when already provided was frustrating. Especially after pre-paying

The parking and the fact that the air con was only in the living room and not bedrooms

Noisy neighbours especially when they were coming and going . Bath towels could have been bigger. And a couple of small plates would have been nice .

There was no view from our room, would have loved to have the lakeview.

The handbasin was blocked. Thete was no staff or any number given to report the faults. Also it would be nice if towels could be changed,. Apart from that, the bed was really comfy...

- only had 2 towels - no tissue box so had to use toilet paper so maybe provide more toilet rolls if thats the case - needs an iron - we could hear everything in the other rooms probably needs sound proofing for privacy - probably need to provide milk if youre going to provide tea and coffee - need a recycling bin if we have to clear our own rubbish

- the location and views were awesome as it was close to a bus stop, brewery and a cafe and it was also not far from queenstown or frankton centres - the ameneties were good had most of the things we needed - it was really clean

Quite noisy as located very close to main road traffic. No iron and some milk to make a cup of tea on arrival would have been nice.

It was all good.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, good laundry and cooking facilities. Excellent response to a couple of queries we had. Location good for us outside Queenstown, but some might feel it’s away from ‘the action’. Easy bus service outside the door.

Missed being able to watch sky channels, sport in particular, but free wifi. A bit of a challenge getting out of the marina road onto the busy Queenstown-Frankton road if turning towards Frankton. No problem if going into town.

The view was as in the photo above, great to watch the people walking and cycling by. No sun into the apartment but in the warmth of the days we had this was a blessing not a problem. The views were sunny. Fabulous to be right at the new, developing Queenstown Marina with the quaint floating shops. Early days but will be a very handy place to stay.

This ground-floor apartment has an impressive mountain view, it is situated alongside a public walkway, allowing passersby to see through, restricting the ability to fully open the curtains. Regrettably, this is the sole vantage point of the apartment. Adjacent to the walkway, there is a public parking area. Unfortunately, our three-night stay was marred by the presence of a parked bus right outside, obstructing the anticipated view. Despite reaching out to the apartment manager, the bus remained in place until the morning of our departure. Moreover, one of the rooms lacked proper ventilation, as it lacked an operable window and had no air conditioning. While the apartment itself is well-appointed, modern, and fully equipped, our expectation of a mountain-view dwelling was overshadowed by the bus-centric experience.

The apartment is very spacious with very comfortable and clean beds. Close to airport

We were at the back of the complex below the road and the apartment had very little natural light - had the light on even during the day.

Location was good - close to the Frankton shops and airport and an easy drive into Queenstown. We didn't have an apartment with a lake view but the whole complex is right on the lake front with a nice walkway to the marina or around the lake. There was plenty of secure parking onsite. Despite being on the side right by the main road our apartment was nice and quiet. The air conditioning was good to have in summer.
