The external walls and windows of the building are filthy and literally covered in spider webs and hatching spiders. There is grass growing in the guttering and the garden was just weeds unkempt with no flowers or shrubs.. It was poor in that respect - looked almost like an abandoned building

The restaurant food was terrible. Awful menu with very little on offer for a night time meal. Had two meals and both times a dish was inedible and we were not charged. The staff were very understaning and said they had received similar feedback in the past.

The suite was good. Location opposite lake good and good view. Very short walk into the town.

For a suite, room 606 needs a bit of an update. Chipped and swollen timber bathroom doors (at the bottom). The bar fridge is sitting in a cupboard that had one of its doors removed to allow it to fit, but therefore, you can hear it. Small details like no pen or paper and small portions of milk.

I wouldn’t stay again. I think there are better options closer to the shopping area.

The view is great but I think the restaurant and bar facilities are lacking.

Main road outside the hotel is noisy and the rooms are single glazed however that's where the great view is from the balcony Don't expect help from the breakfast buffet staff, they were miserable as F.

Stunning view, amazing views from the restaurant and great variety of food in the breakfast buffet, reception staff were great and really helpful

Some might say it was a little dated but I think it’s fine. In Queenstown you want to be out and about so it’s a perfect place for a comfy sleep

Perfect location Easy walk to town centre and harbour but away from hustle and bustle Views were amazing Staff were very kind and welcoming - they set a good vibe in the hotel

No prior advice as the cost of overnight parking, $15.00 a night. May be reasonable with little parking available in the area. Would have preferred to be advised in advanced, not after arrival.

The location and view over the Lake is great. View over the Lake to the back ground of the Mountains is stunning. Short walk along the lake front to the main shopping centre.

The lake view family room was very small despite having a separate lounge area. The very low ceilings and the massive shared balcony with tall concrete balustrade meant we could not really see the lake from our room - so disappointing as we paid extra for a ‘lake view family room’. The bedside tables were tiny - no room to even put your book or phone on it, and no near access to a power point either. We booked for 3 people but the staff only gave us 2 towels every time they cleaned our room, so we had to ask for towels which is tricky cause no one ever answered our call in reception, and the reception desk was unattended a lot of the times.

    Location was great.

Small bathroom with no storage. Our room located at the end of a hall that had an exit door to the back street. Very noisy with people existing through this door. A sign indicating to close door quietly would be good.

Small of room and location. Very easy to walk to restaurants and attractions.

My room was on the ground floor, it was tired and noisy at times as it was near the main road and entrance to the car park, pickups and deliveries.

Lovely location overlooking the lake and very good access to the town.
