it'd be great to provide some flip-flops to visitors in the spa zone. also there were no toothpaste and toothbrush. parking and breakfast are quite expensive. also there were a lot of people at the spa zone in the evening

The room and the bathroom were very big and super nice. The view over the city was amazing! And the coffe-machine in the room was nice to have there. The bed was very comfortable. We used the sweaemingpool and the sauna on the top and it has super cool. We will be back!

The swimming pool and jacuzzi was very crowded, but I really enjoy sauna show.

Great location, only 20 min away from airport. Breakfast was amazing, great choice of food, I can said one of best I ever have. Staff is very nice always was ready to help.

Being unable to stay together in one room or at least on the same floor (group of 5 people) proved inconvenient. On top of that there were some elevator restrictions, so we could not easily go to each room. The rooms lacked adequate amenities for three guests (two vanity kits, two coffee cups and two glasses instead of three), contrary to expectations for a five-star hotel. Additionally, the Spa, especially the swimming pool area, felt outdated and cramped for such a large hotel. It came as a surprise that hotel staff in breakfast room were not proficient in English, which made the communication difficult. We hope that the hotel can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The receptionist and concierge were professional and friendly, providing valuable assistance throughout our visit. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable retreat, complemented by soft beds for a restful sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a satisfying selection of dishes, including delightful omelets and Benedict eggs prepared by Anastasia. Additionally, the captivating music played by the ark added a delightful "wow" factor to our experience. The attentive service from all staff members was very valuable.

Some road noise very late at night from high performance cars racing on the quiet roads outside but not a lot you can do about that. The people next to us returning in the early hours of Saturday morning decided to have a party with exceptionally loud music that affected many rooms on our floor. Once notified, staff dealt with the situation quickly and professionally.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff in a great location to explore Warsaw. We only stayed one night at the end of our week in Poland and we wished we’d stay longer. Fabulous pool view, it did get quite busy but that’s to be expected. We had a high floor room with great views. Breakfast was very busy but well staffed and the buffet choices were excellent, something for all nationalities and dietary preferences. It was tasty and I’d stay here again just for the breakfast.

The heat didn't work as well and we were a bit cold, it didn't go more than 24°C, but the blankets were heavy so we slept pretty warm, one of charging pot next to bed didn't work while lights off, so we had to charge our phones next to the tv

- It would be 10/10 if the hotel had its own spa/pool/jacuzzi facilities. I think it’s a pity to pay for an expensive room with access to the executive lounge and never have the opportunity in 4 days to really enjoy these facilities because the jacuzzi is always crowded or the pool has children playing and shouting. It is meant to be a luxury hotel and the spa is meant to be a relaxing space. - The executive lounge would be even more enjoyable if they were « adults only » hours, especially during breakfast time. I don’t want to penalize the hotel too much because these issues wouldn’t exist with well mannered people but unfortunately many clients are just rude and selfish.

The cleaning is a bit hit and miss. On our first day, the cups were not cleaned properly as we could see coffee stains at the bottom of the cups.
