Beautiful, quiet location in a vineyard up in the hills but only 20 minutes by car from Viana do Castello.
Arrived late and in the rain, met with umbrellas by the exceptionally helpful and friendly Katerina.
Our apartment was spotless, well equipped, private and comfortable- lovely view across the vineyard and village from our patio. Delicious Breakfast brought each morning in a basket.
Beautifully maintained gardens with the most picturesque setting for a saltwater pool.
Could just stay there and chill but there is plenty to do: we walked a lovely local trail in the hills, also walked down quiet lanes to local villages. There are bikes you can borrow but if you want to go further afield you might need a car. ( we came by train and took taxi from Viana do Castello)”
