large apartments which are always spotlessly clean. Yes they are a little dated but for value for money, space , location and friendly service, I think you would struggle to beat this place! have stayed here many times and will definitely be returning!

Very nice place ,Large room big terrace lovley kept gardens ,plenty of sockets, food was great in restaurant 3 course meal for €13 large pool good Internet free shuttle bus into town good tv channels. Would return good valve for money.

my room was small and the cleaning was poor.

my room had a bleach smell mixed with urine. cleaning was bad . the sofa in the living room could do with a deep clean . overall it was ok

We booked this last minute as our flight was cancelled. Staff were brilliant and let us check in early. Very nice pool and we had a really nice terrace which had sun all day. Uber to marina only 4euros. Would book here again

Nothing to dislike, we were first allocated a room in pe do lago but we asked if possible for room in Parque mourabel as we had always stayed there and even though it was peak time they kindly obliged to which we were very grateful.

Always helpful and obliging, been on numerous occasions and always made to feel welcome. Rooms are lovely. Can always get a sunbed.

Would like to see the WIFI extended to Oasis village units, as the surrounds of the hotel.

Just love this place. I return there as ofter as is possible. Staff are great and the food is amazing value for money. It's like a family run hotel, even at the busiest time of the year.

The room was extremely dated and not what we'd been led to believe it would look like. Half the wardrobes were locked so we couldn't use them. And to not even supply any bedside cabinets is surprising. Appreciate we didn't spend much on the accommodation, but we had still been led to believe it would be nicer than it was.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice location. Good wi-fi. The bed was sufficiently comfortable and the air-con worked fine.

We were traveling as a family of 5 but instead of getting a 2 bedroom apartment we were split into 2 different apartments which were not beside eachother. This had a big impact on our stay as we were going between apartments all week. The pool area is also not great but they do have access to another pool in a complex close by which is where we spent our pool days.

The location was great. The restaurant food was good. The apartments were spacious and the balcony was a good size. The apartments had everything needed for a self catering holiday.

we simply love coming back to this place year after year. The food is excellent and well priced. the bar likewise. the pool area is always clean and plenty of room for everyone. The staff here are ever so welcoming. This year we were given by far the best room we have ever had and been coming for years and years. I 'mention the room number as you would all request it. LOL. But that said i don't see any rooms that you would be disappointed with.
