“It has been an immensely pleasurable experience here at the island. After watching and reading reviews, my partner and I decided to stay at JA Manafaru. I have to say, it did not disappoint. The views, the beach, the food everything has been so enjoyable and surreal. The staff here are very hospitable and friendly. We completed a range of excursions and tried every restaurant as well as engaging in treatments at the spa. Every single staff member we interacted with throughout displayed nothing but kindness, openness and helpfulness. Not to mention, the room service was impeccable. We would like to give an honourable mention to Sabaah - our point of call - who never failed to deliver regardless of what time in the day it was. He ensured we were taken care of throughout our time on the island even if it meant going out of his way. My wife dropped her sunglasses in the sea on the way back to the villa and Sabaah managed to retrieve them for her!
We would 100% recommend this island and the staff definitely do make the experience even more worthwhile.”

From the very first step back on the resort we've been greeted and remembered by the staff which was extremely touching. The whole crew went above and beyond to make this one of our best trips to date.
Having taken a full board we ate mostly at Kula Kula and it's almost impossible not to proceed to the area where Jada is looking after clients. Absolutely masterful care, memorizing all food and beverage priorities on the fly as well as keeping an extreme eye on detail, i.e always keeping tables clean, topping up water glasses to name the few. Jada is a phenomenal employee, providing on of the best catering services in Maldives.
Pasta corner at Kula Kula deserves a separate mention, but at the same time the alternative food option - grilled chicken with garlic naan on the 7th of June was one of the tastiest ever tried.
The new touch of the Standard provided an introduction of wine tasting dinners with michelin star-like food line ups and fantastic wine and champagne selections to complement it.
Mr D. from the Beru Bar prepares the tastiest cocktails as well as competing for the nicest human being on the resort in parallel.
Farukh is a true aqua-man and a gentle soul :) We had a great time not only seeing Manta Rays with him, but also being involved in multiple other sports and social activities. Thank you so much for bringing so much warmth during the week.
As a tennis fan it's important to give a shout out to Linus who's a real expert and will help you raise your level in just several sessions.
