Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkWe stayed in the family room. 2 big kids and 2 adults. Sofa bed is very comfortable as well unlike other sofa bed experiences. The room is big enough to have luggages. Bar downstairs after visiting city and having dinner is really a nice alternative you dont need to find elsewhere to have a drink. And the location it is really in the middle of everywhere a perfect location. Coming from the airport it is less than 5 min walking distance. Old city is 15-20 mins walking distance. Shopping 10 mims walking distance.

GreeceThe location is perfect since it is nearby Stockholm’s train and bus central station. In addition, old town is very close (10 minutes max). The receptionist (Philip) was extremely professional and kind. Breakfast was very good with a variety of products.

United StatesThe hotel is located right at the central station, which is perfect for the airport train and public transportation, even though Stockholm is a very walkable city. The rooms are spacious and comfy and there are all the amenities one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is good, but not spectacular (like at the other Radisson on the other side of the station); the staff is courteous and helpful.

United KingdomFor breakfast it would be 'nice to have' waffles which people can make themselves. The bed was a bit too hard for me. The shampoo and soap holders were nearly empty, we could have gone and asked the staff to fill them but we were already taking shower so did not manage to do this. We mentioned it to the staff at check out though.
Room was really nice on the 7th floor, location very good with easy access to Arlanda Express, breakfast was tasty and with lot of choice.

Hong Kong1 of our 3 rooms was facing inside (hotel courtyard) and it was under full-on construction, so that was not so nice. The rooms overlooking the main street/ back alley were fine. There is a fee to use the swimming pool which was a new concept for us.

Minor point was that it was oddly hard to find - arrived via Central Station after midnight, and online directions map depended upon which exit you used from the station, then there are several Radisson Blu hotels in central Stockholm, and this one only has Royal Viking written (quite small letters) on the revolving door as you finally enter. Should also mention that reception/entrance area is lovely, but bit sad to see no one waters the daffodils in pots just outside the door - they were lovely flowers but wilting away.
Friendly staff, very convenient location, quiet and comfortable room.
