In restaurants all seats was very dirty with multiple old stains, restaurants coffee taste very strange. Additionally, in four star hotel room did not have a coffee machine and bottle of water, no bathrobe and sleepers. Finally, my room has not been clean during my three nights stay. Very unpleasant feeling.

We asked for a room with a double bed and a single bed, but got a room with four single beds instead. This wasn't a big deal (and they explained that it was because no pet-friendly room in the 5th floor had double beds), but it would have been nice to know this before we got to the room. Another minor thing was that I wasn't feeling well one morning and asked my girlfriend to bring coffee and a bread to the room from breakfast, but we weren't allowed to do this. But, again, these were all minor things. It was a good stay.

The breakfast was quite good in comparison to other hotels I've stayed in Sweden. The room was OK. We got a pet-friendly room on the 5th floor and they had put a little bag of snacks for the dogs, which was nice. Very friendly staff. Parking was good and reasonably priced.

Room wasn't cozy. There was no carpet, no bathrobe and slippers, no cotton pads and ear picks. Breakfast was not impressive, narrow meniu selection, same food both days and dirty cutlery... Scrambled eggs taste awful. Uncomfortable shower cabin, water splashes everywhere. We were absolutely dissapointed. I don't know what happened, but when I was here first time five years ago, there was everything fine. Now we regretted that we chose this hotel. Considering the price and quality, the price is too high. By the way, you have to pay for parking extra 125kroner/night.

We stayed here for two days. Nice and polite ladies at reception, good hotel location. Clean bed linen. Hand soap, bath shower and shampoo in the room. Hotel needs repair.

The hotel feels a bit tired and cheap. The pool is cold and the whole pool area feels very boring with the room itself not particularly warm and only two metal chairs to sit on. Mould along the edge of the pool. Small, thin towels and no slippers. The bed is ok but tiny pillows and you get a duvet for a single bed in a double bed. My bedroom was freezing at first (even hours after I had closed the open window) and I couldn't find a climate control, only radiators that I turned up. Went to bed with two duvets on. Woke up in the morning and the room was quite warm and very stuffy! Checked the radiator buy it wasn't that warm. But was no oxygen left in the room! Bathroom is ok but feels very basic and boring. All over decor of the hotel feels a bit dated, it definitely needs an uplift!

Realtively big room for me as a single in a double room. If we'd had been four in there (as you could transform the room into a family room) it would have been crowded. The burger in the restaurant was nice and the staff were all friendly. The hanging system in the room is kind of fun and nifty to easily hang up things. Breakfast was totally fine. Good sound insulation I think as I wasn't disturbed by sound from other guests or outside traffic. I was first put in a dda room, which wasn't ideal but ok. But when some drilling started in a room nearby I went down and asked to be moved. The friendly woman in reception fixed it and gave me a new room in another part of the building so that was nice.

The accommodation is at 2-star level and is therefore too expensive for what is offered. It is close to the motorway, so the room can get very noisy.

Room was a bit stuffy and noisy from the environment including traffic and rumbly sound. Quite expensive but maybe not for Sweden.

Buffet breakfast amazing for all ages. Great variety and quality with meet and great character too. Lovely children's play room. Room comfortable but quite compact.
