Bathroom was on the small side but served the purpose. Breakfast buffet was limited and the quality of the western selection could be improved. Dry pastries, tasteless scrambled eggs, not much to rave about. We would have liked to see more local options.

The hotel is perfect located in close proximity to Clarke's Quay and not too far from the MRT station. We had chosen an upper floor room which was very bright.

Issue with some very tiny ants got somebody to clean the entrance but still a couple ants lingered about but we just got on with it Carpet wall edges could have been hoovered better

The fact that the gym is available 24hrs is a plus but still lack on the equipment and I guess most were either not available/gone. Please add a bar on the rooftop.

Room is quite small, if guests have 2 or more medium to large size luggage there won't be enough space in the room. On the other hand, housekeeping didn't touch any of our stuffs even though we always leave our luggage open on the floor. Location is a little far from the MRT station but still within a walking distance and hotel is still in the middle of the city center. Lastly, I would suggest a variety of dishes for breakfast since I notice that same dishes are served every other day but this isn't a big issue for me.

Very well located, extra nice staff, clean room and bath, comfortable bed with good quality of bed linen, very nice breakfast with a great choice of food, very nice pool on the rooftop even a Jacuzzi is provided...

I only had my room serviced once, and they removed the face washers without replacing them and didn't replace the sanitary bag either. Otherwise the room was really well kept.

The breakfasts were always good and with a lot of variety, I really appreciated having the filtered water tap in my room so I didn't have to buy water (it's a really great addition).

The hotel has a great location, 5-10 min walking distance to Clark Quay, Boat Quay, MRT station. The room is nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast is solid, we think everyone can find something to eat. They found a free room for an early check in without an extra charge. Staff is very nice and helpful. In reviews someone was writing that rooms are small, but they are just fine. It was sufficient space for 2 persons and 2 big suitcases. After all when making a booking room size is clearly indicated.

The location was perfect for exploring. In walking distance of 3 MRT stations, Clarke Quay, China Town and Fort Canning. Breakfast was good with ample variety to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

No smart tv Small bathroom Drinks way over the top expensive

The room was a bit on the small side but clean. the tv has cable but no good channels. It's not a smart tv so you can't stream. Breakfast was good. But no dinner restaurant in the hotel Walking distance to Clark Quay which is fabulous but keep going on to boat Quay so much atmosphere choice of so many restaurants Irish pubs, Indian, seafood everything. Happy hour all day there. So overall Holiday Inn worked great for us. We walked most of the time..

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location's proximity to Clarke Quay and China Town. It was immaculately clean and rooms, whilst somewhat on the small side were spoltless and very comfortable. Comfy beds and amazing pillows. Very quiet and peaceful. Hubby loved the rooftop pool. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The room while clean and comfortable was much smaller than the photos suggested.. we booked a city view but this was limited due to the neighbouring buildings.

The swimming pool was great, 40 m long and very clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing ( so much variety and the opportunity to have multiple serves) - location was central to a variety of MRT train stations ( 3 stations less than 10 minutes walk away)

There was no eating facility after 10 apart from machine for snacks, apart from this no other criticism.

For a short stay the Hotel served all our needs, location was excellent, there was enough choice at breakfast although the room was on the small size it was ok for a short break.

Taxi service . We waited quite a while to get a taxi to go to the cruise terminal.
