Pool never got cleaned during our 5 days, so the water was quite grungy by the end.

Beautiful room, views, breakfast buffet. Location to the beach was amazing! Quiet at night.

The only staff that let down resort were the bar staff who were too busy on their phones you always had to try and get their attention to get a drink.

The staff are either totally disengaged or to busy to care. Night porter was very rude and obnoxious.

Good location, maybe a 5 or 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. We had a suite which was amazing. A definite Roman feel to the hotel, breakfast is good with a lot of choice .

The only negative for me. Was my second time at andaman and a definite let down from previous visits I'm an early bird so if breakfast starts at 7 then you would expect all to be ready. Almost every day I had to wait or ask for eggs and sometimes even an hour after breakfast starts. Also the overall spread was less

our phone didn't work, tv didn't have the channels that were listed that they had, they didn't change the coffee cups or refill the sugar and stirrers. our shower drain was totally blocked. also our door didn't seal to outside so we constantly had mosquitoes in the room

we couldn’t get into our room for two hours as broken aircon. door wouldn’t lock properly. keycard didn’t work. one of 2 sinks had tap that worked only with hot water. sink plugs broken. Property looked as though it was very majestic in its heyday and had fantastic potential. It seemed short staffed and had some lovely intern staff from Nepal with good knowledge of English. Breakfast was poorly stocked.

Our specific room balcony was very small. The pool looks amazing but could be improved with some routine cleaning and general maintenance. Most likely a consequence of Covid.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Easy access to south.Karon area with the added benefit of Kata. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Reception lady very pleasant and helpful.

I would classify this hotel as 3 instead of 4 star - the rooms needed an upgrade and the whole place needs a deep clean

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and overall the hotel is great value for money

In difficult circumstances due to Covid the hotel was as good as could be, clean, friendly staff and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back again, a great location less than 100 meters from the beach

Outdated property. Staff difficult to find and barely spoke English. Restaurants always closed except for breakfast. Beds were hard as a rock!!

Old, dirty, smelled, and molded in some roomes, the bathroom is disgusting. Bad wifi, almost no reliable sockets. No shelfs, only some hangers. Contrast shower with a little pressure. The hotel definitely was good before covid era, but right now it requires a huge renovation. 2/3 stars max
