We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location, maybe a 5 or 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. We had a suite which was amazing. A definite Roman feel to the hotel, breakfast is good with a lot of choice .

Australiawe couldn’t get into our room for two hours as broken aircon. door wouldn’t lock properly. keycard didn’t work. one of 2 sinks had tap that worked only with hot water. sink plugs broken. Property looked as though it was very majestic in its heyday and had fantastic potential. It seemed short staffed and had some lovely intern staff from Nepal with good knowledge of English. Breakfast was poorly stocked.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Easy access to south.Karon area with the added benefit of Kata. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Reception lady very pleasant and helpful.

FinlandOld, dirty, smelled, and molded in some roomes, the bathroom is disgusting. Bad wifi, almost no reliable sockets. No shelfs, only some hangers. Contrast shower with a little pressure. The hotel definitely was good before covid era, but right now it requires a huge renovation. 2/3 stars max
