How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room hotel is old and it should be renovated, the bed and pillows not so comfortable. The cleaning is superficial, we had the fridge very dirty in the room.
The location is great, near train station for the airport(5 min walk).In front of the hotel starts the night market. The 360 view is great, and also the view from the room(64floor). The breakfast is incredible at 81 floor, great variety of food, and every day we received 2 bottles of water in the room.

Common lifts to go to the lobby. Guests should have had separate elevators rather than sharing the same ones with visitors. Despite of taking the room for 6 nights, request for early check-in was not confirmed and not provided even after reaching the hotel. Had to wait in lobby for more than 4 hours.

The air-conditioning is loud. Some of the rooms smell damp and moldy. The elevators can become heavily crowded at certain times of the day.
Great location. Great views. Great breakfast. Spacious rooms. Well facilitated.

dont have any. for the price we pay, this has nothing negative.
i did nt prefer the breakfast this visit (third to the hotel) but i did on the first visit and it was a very decent breakfast, you can go for it. room was upgraded, that was terrific by the hotel management, it had three individual beds. room service was done everyday, replenished the necessary things soap, brush, tea, coffee, sugar etc. clean and decently big room, you can do your yoga or stretching comfortably. free entry to revolving floor at 84 for a beautiful view of Bkk city, dont miss especially the night view. staff are very helpful, proactive, wonderful location to shopping, very near airport link and metro (which they call BTS in Bkk), they provide hourly free trips to all these locations in a 12 seater van, from 10am to 6pm, check the instructions slip provided during check-in. be prepared for a very crowded area in city, but very near to most shopping needs (Bkk is a shoppers paradise) just check in and you wont be disappointed for the price one pays

The lifts were quite busy almost every time.
The room was in space zone on 72nd floor.. overlooking the city with a great view. There were quite a lot of activities going on in the hotel itself which would require a minimum of 2 days to explore. The morning buffet breakfast was amazing and surely should not be missed.

We went to the Sky bar for drinks and snacks, as stated on your hotel website. However we were told that they only had nuts. So we left.
Fabulous room, I loved having a bath as well as a shower. Really cool at all times. Very good to have a fridge too

The lifts are a bit annoying. Have to change different lifts to get to the room.

The toilet was a bit disappointing, the furniture is kinda old. wifi so slow.
the breakfast is super, so many choices and the location is everything, step outside the hotel you will find a lot of booths and you can start to shop.

Queues for lifts were unavoidable as public visit tower and restaurants
The view, the pool, the buffets. Spacious room on 58th room was impressive view especially at night. 3 night stay was enough to visit markets , local massage, take a tour on river and temples and some tuktuk rides

The hallway was dingy and needed carpet cleaning
Location- night market is just below the hotel and surrounded by shops. The view from the top is an attraction in itself. We got upgraded to junior suite so very spacious room

The slightly slower movement to the floors.
