Clean enough and quite. For me, Actually just walk away to the Bumrumgrad hospital which I have usually see the doctor there. That is much convenient for me.

Lots of Cockroaches, mosquitoes everywhere in the room.And afraid of spreading of bedbugs. We like this hotel and want to stay every time we visit Bangkok but earnestly desire that hotel authority will solve the Problems of cockroaches, mosquitoes & if any bedbugs.

- Location: There was flooding along the alley during raining seasons (3/4 of the year, I guess). During my 12-day trip, I encountered 2 serious flooding that my shoes and socks were all wet when I went out of / back to the hotel. The water level was around 20cm. - Room: The room was not clean enough. I found and killed one cockroach. - Bed: The bedsheets were only 90% clean, and there were unknown stains. The bedsheet was replaced on a random basis, unless you tell them to do so. - Bathroom: The bathroom looked old and dirty. It did not seem to be completely cleaned before a new guest moving in. The water was not hot enough. The water flow was so weak that it was not suitable for showers (forced to take a bath). The shower-head leaked water when the faucet was being used. The quality of the soap was so bad that my skin felt itchy after bathing. I bought soap from 7-11 nearby to solve the problem. The towels were only 75% clean, and there were unknown stains. They were replaced on a random basis. I found the towels I already used being folded nicely and placed on the bathtub rack. The janitor tried to make them look new. - Furniture and Appliances: There were obvious stains on the sofa. There were only 2 international electric sockets near the working desk. Other sockets were Thailand standard sockets. - WiFi Network: The WiFi connection was so unstable. Even when your devices were connected to the WiFi, It often actually disconnected from the Internet. The WiFi had no password and thus it was insecure. - Food and Drinks: Almost everything was paid and it was not cheap. There were no free snacks (most hotels I stayed offered at least one or two packs of biscuits). - Staff: - Janitor 3 (younger Thai lady, met the rest of the time): Very bad attitude. Woke me up at 10AM every morning unless I put the “DND” sign at the door. Just said one word "clean" without smiling. - Janitors (in general): Talked loudly outside the room near the door.

- Location: The location was very convenient. There were two 7-11 convenient stores, two food courts, and several (tourist) restaurants along the alley. McDonald’s was nearby, and a supermarket was just one floor below McDonald’s. The Phloen Chit BTS station was not far away from the hotel. The Siam BTS station (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Square, Siam Square One, Siam Discovery) was just 2 stations away (~6 minutes). The Asok station (Terminal 21 Asok) was also just 2 stations away (~6 minutes). When I booked the hotel, I was not aware that Bumrungrad International Hospital was just nearby. After arriving that, I realized that I feel more comfortable to try street food since a hospital was nearby. - Room: The room was more spacious than expected. The view was above average. The windows were floor-to-ceiling windows. - Bed: The beds was really big even for 2 plus-sized people. - Bathroom: A bathtub was available. - Furniture and Appliances: These were available: a sofa with a small table, a bedside table, a working desk with a chair, a small kitchen with a microwave oven and a sink, a good refrigerator large enough for 10 bottles of 2L water, more than enough electric sockets, an iron with an ironing board, a safe that worked even during power distribution. - Air-Conditioner: It was cooler than needed 90% of time, so I needed to adjust it to lower power. But it was not cool enough on very hot days even at maximum power (just 1 day in my 12-day trip). - Staff: - Lady at Reception: Nice and polite. - Man at Reception: Nice and polite. - Janitor 1 (older Thai lady, met once): Nice and polite, although unable to speak English. - Janitor 2 (younger non-Thai lady, met once): Nice and polite, spoke a little bit English.
