We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe friendliness of the staff was very uneven. The guys at the Scheherazade restaurant were lovely to our little girl. The staff at the restaurant the Chiraz too. Anywhere else people looked annoyed that we were here. At the beach, we found so many cigarette buds, and waste in general, not what you expect of a five star hotel. We had to keep requesting towels, even after a week of being there, had to place our chairs on the beach with the beach staff looking at us unimpressed. Again, not what I expect of a five star hotel. Although the food was generally good and with large variety, I expected to find more options for people who might have allergies or simply want to lead a more healthy lifestyle, like alternative mills, alternative teas other than bagged black tea, green tea, camomille and verbena… Finally a lot of the food was not labeled. That could be improved. Would also have been nice to have a kettle and tea/ coffee in the room. Finally, that is not the hotel directly, but we tried the quad that was aggressively sold to us by a man near the reception, and that was a huge disappointment. We visited what looked like a dumpster, couldn’t really speed or do anything fun for most of the 2 hours we were there. The man who was our guide was as friendly as a prison door and we were only offered water standing awkwardly by the quads parking at the end. Again, not at all the standard I think about when I imagine 5 stars, not what I have experienced before either when I paid these kind of prices for quad.
The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The gardens, the rooms, the entrance by the reception, the swimming pools. Even the one that was by the part of the hotel that is being rebuild was very nice to use. The room was comfortable and had what we needed. Food was good throughout.

GreeceThe price was quite high in comparison with the facilities in the hotel. It seemed that the whole place was quite dated, and didn't quite meet the expectations for a five-star experience that we had paid for. I don't know how it compares to other places nearby, but I would recommend seeing other options first before choosing here.
The variety of the food on offer at breakfast was good, and the pool / beach was quite nice.

CanadaThe most gorgeous resort I have ever stayed at. The room was huge and beautifully laid out and decorated and was extremely clean. There was comfy slippers and when we went to the beach and returned, there was a fruit plate waiting for us! I have never had a better peach. Our room faced a garden with a terrace with fruit trees. It was beautiful and even had a cute towel rack to dry your swimsuit! The beach was incredible! The hotel is right on the water with (free to hotel guests) lounge chairs and grass umbrellas. There is a restaurant right on the beach with kind and helpful staff who come to your beach chair for your order and bring out a table! You can dine and drink (if you want!) literally feet from the ocean. There is also a shisha stand on the beach so you can get a hookah also right there on the sand. The water and beach were impeccably clean.

Germanythe swimming pool , the restaurant in front of the pool and the beach are open to visitors and they give them priority over the resident. Construction in front of the kids swimming pool. No car parking inside the hotel. I booked for half board and after having dinner at shahrazad restaurant they told me that we can’t sit near the pool because it’s reserved only for dinner despite that there is some free places( they reserve them for visitors outside the hotel). View from my room is vey bad ( attached the photo from the balcony). Hotel is old and overrated.
Staff of Shahrazad restaurant are professional, very polite and helpful. Food is good.

Saudi ArabiaEverything was really extremely disappointing Let's start with the main gate , it was crowded like hell , nowhere to park your car , the parking was far away from the hotel Too many people on the gate were trying to get access to the hotel beach, and that gave a really bad image to a 5 stars hotel At the reception , they told us to wait for a few minutes to give us the room, and there were no welcoming juice or even water The lobby is very old We went to the room , the way to the rooms is difficult and you need some time to memorize it The room was ok and clean, to be honest The catastrophe was when we went to the pool , it was full of kids and only kids !!!! , nowhere to sit , and when we got a place, there was no one to serve us . It was extremely hot and nothing to refresh the place We changed the place and we went to the beach restaurant , it was very crowded , and again no one to serve you , i had to ask 3 waiters to finally get the menu The place was very noisy and full We had to wait for half an hour to get our order, which was only pizza We were 2 people, and the waiter refused to give us the table we asked to move to because he said it is meant to be for 5 persons , but then he gave it to a group of 3 !!!! He was very, very rude The waiters are extremely not professional .
Only one thing , Mr Sami the responsible of Cherazed restaurant was very kind and very helpful
