Only thing I would say is about the hammam access- we turned up one morning but it was temporarily closed due to a treatment taking place. This was a little frustrating as there was no way for us to have known that prior and we ended up waiting over an hour which delayed our day. Perhaps the hotel could allocate specific hours in the day for these treatments because to close the hammam for the whole hotel might cause some issues!

Fantastic location, the breakfast was just amazing, the hotel design is superb, the staff are super attentive and helpful. I loved that they have a WhatsApp chat where you can message them at any time and they respond right away. This was really helpful when we were out and needed to contact them about something we left in our room. The chef's are fantastic and breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything was super clean and the rooms are spacious with an excellent selection of toiletries and necessities which helps you to pack less! The door and reception staff are super polite and we felt very welcome. A special thanks to Adem for helping save the injured cat we found in Uskudar!

The staff is very professional and friendly We stayed in the 1st floor and the rooms were nice and quiet, overlooking a cute garden. Bathroom is equipped with all toiletries, a bit small in size but wasn’t an issue for us The view from the restaurant is fabulous and the buffet was good The surrounding area is very nice and within a walking distance from the bosphorus and lots of restaurants and shops.

The best hotel in Istanbul including the best view ever to the bosphorus and Ortakoy mosque. Great breakfast with many good dishes and rooms very beautiful and new furniture. Highly recommended ❤️

A fantastic hotel, perfectly placed on the Bosphorus for beautiful views and fantastic authentic food on Ortokay Square. The staff are very helpful and very professional. Breakfast was immense and tasty and staff was very attentive to our requests. Clean, refreshed daily, warm and with beautiful views. A reccomended hotel

All staff members were kind, helpful and very nice. At the reception, the room service and also the restaurant workers one by one were amazing. I got sick and the restaurant staff prepared daily special tea so I can feel better. I would definitely go back there again

The only thing is the wifi was a bit slow sometimes.

I went for short holiday with my 17 year old son. We both loved it. The hotel was well located, the room was kept clean during our stay and the view of the bosphorus was amazing. Everything was excellent! Especially the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Gorkem so much for looking after us during our stay, sorting the taxis out, luggages and everything else. Also we had wonderful receptionists who were always willing to help and sort things out for us too. Thank you to Emrecan and Dogukan. And thanks to Fatma who always made sure our room was kept clean and asked if we needed anything. All so friendly and kind.

Very comfortable Hotel with excellent and very quick service. The breakfast buffet is many and very delicious. The restaurant on top has an amazing view and is delicious as well. The prices are absolutely OK for an five star hotel.

I would definitely recommend coming to this location , very clean and great esthetics , and ambiance. On the roof the restaurant name as Nite, food is great here also 10/10 . All the staff is very helpful and polite
