We liked everything, there is nothing to not like

Our room is what I liked - I mean WOW!!! What a suite!!!!! Breakfast - plenty of options, including almond milk for my coffee which I loved as I'm dairy free:)))) Lunch - Very Nice, again plenty of options Dinner - Very Nice, again plenty of options Late night snack - not enough options and hardly anything at all, maybe the time off year as there wasnt much people around to be putting loads of stuff out - so save waste. I am sure if I asked I could have got something. Overall - Impeccable clean surroundings, not a spec of dirt on the floor, the cleanest eating area I have ever seen - WELL DONE I cannot wait to come back again :)

Absolutely everything! It was beyond amazing! We got upgraded when we reached to thee most beautiful suite! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Had hotel assistants messaging us with updates and looking after us. The food was delicious. The pasta is amazing and freshly made! Food is available all the time. The drinks are superb. Can’t get over how yummy the Godiva cafe was as well! Luxury at its finest! Highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I can say was a shame was the Japanese restaurant and the kalamata was closed and the night club on the beach too! Hopefully next time we’ll capture them in our visit

Honestly, if I must admit I am a fussy individual who is very hard to please. The room must be clean at all times, the facilities must be clean and the people should be nice From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by the reception. A gentleman named Alper Alp informed us that we had been upgraded to an executive suite. This was so nice to hear after a day of travel especially because we booked this as a wellness retreat. We arrived to a lovely set up and a personalised note which added the final touch! The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious as well as the bathroom and the housekeeping ladies; Zeliha, Sadinaz & Halime were very thorough in changing the sheets, towels and generally keeping the room clean. Housekeeping was also great at keeping the mini bar restocked. Food in the restaurant was pretty good with there being such a wide variety and there was always something for everyone. The pancakes for breakfast daily will be missed and again the staff are on top of the service The gym and spa area was very good especially their staff. The abs personal trainers and yoga trainer was amazing and we partook in activities beyond our comfort zones as we were welcomed to do so and felt safe I was skeptical in what to expect as I am petrified of small insects especially lizards but I didn’t come across a single one! Even on the beach the people were so nice and would regularly ensure we were hydrated throughout the day. Especially Hamza Although we did leave the resort to explore bodrum, honestly next time will come back and won’t! I don’t believe you need to! Evening entertainment was a good end to each day and the Nespresso on tap was just phenomenal The guest services team did their absolute best to accommodate all of our needs too allowing us a late checkout was also very appreciated, thus allowing us to partake in the morning paddling.

Well about the property the first thing i noticed was how everything made me feel amazing here the resort itself is amazing, my room was abit far from the lobby and the main areas that have the activities/restaurants etc but they have drivers that you can call to and from your room which made it very comfortable and easy even if we went back and forth many times, the resort also has everything you want , if i were to just stay at this resort for the whole stay id be satisfied so yeah 5 stars excellent service amazing place.

"Recently had the most amazing experience at Rixos Bodrum Resort! The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with its breathtaking beachfront location and beautiful surroundings. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. I have to give a special shout-out to one particular staff member ( ALPER ALP ) who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for the guests truly impressed me. They were always available to assist with any request and had a wealth of knowledge about the resort and its amenities. overall stay. I highly recommend Rixos Bodrum Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

The room key was not working and we had to wait two hours for replacement. However the manager apologized and our personal assistant was changed for the rest of the holiday

As I write this, we're checking out from one of the most beautiful hotels I've been to in Turkey. I'm waiting for a taxi that the kind, helpful & friendly staff organised for us. The beach, amazing. The location, beautiful. The gardens, picturesque. The food, I wish I could stay longer. And the staff were the most helpful, warm, welcoming and accommoting. A special mention to the 3 of the most wonderful ladies who made our stay so beautiful: Nazifa who always made a point of asking us how's our stay and if she can help in any way & going out of her way and making special arrangements to make our anniversary even more special; Selen who was always receptive and helped us whenever we needed it; and Burcu who gave us such a warm welcome on arrival. I wish we didn't have to go home

I liked everything. Be aware that the hotel is kids friendly so it depends if you travel with kids or not and which season (I stayed at the end of September and it wasn’t busy at all).

Fantastic beach. Great service. Loved attending the classes through the day (I didn’t even have the time to go to the gym, which was very good too). Yoga classes are on an island. Great variety of food at tte restaurants and drinks served at the beach.

Amazing resort with everything you need for a wonderful vacation Beach - Nice beach, clear water with fish Pool - Beautiful pool. Sunbeds very comfortable with thick matress , same at the beach as well. Take towels at the beach - no need to bring them with you Rooms - beautiful clean rooms. It was so quiet! very comfortable beds pillow, amazing wardrobe and huge bathroom 😍 good cleaning service☺️ Restaurant - we recommend Turquoise restaurant. Waiters are very nice and ready to serve you well. Food was delicious! Desserts, seafood, many kinds of meat. Cheese corner, fruit corner. Everything is fresh and very tasty I love the good experience in premium hotel. We recommend it. Definitely come back!

Food selections were limited even though it is an open buffet. There is no specific time for housekeeping, however, they sent someone based on our request. The working hours for the restaurants are very short

The hotel has an amazing location by the sea, private beach and far from noise of bodrum city. Also far from boat wich is very important because you have the full view of the sea

The updated rooms are nice but already show signs of corners cut, like the shower handle was falling off the wall. The food in general was good but lacking in some areas. The pasta bar was quite basic and the sauces very bland. The mashed avocado is frozen before being put out on the salad bar which is not very 5 star. The staff do speak some English but there is definitely a language barrier present. You’ll have better luck if you speak Russian. They play the same songs over and over and over again every day at the breakfast and at the pool areas. The music is nice and calming but VERY repetitive. Add more to your playlist!

The beach and pool areas are very nice and had many seats. The updated rooms are modern and clean. The food was good but could be improved in some ways.
