I had a wonderful stay at City Hostel Panorama! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The well equiped kitchen made cooking easy. The location was really good, close to the city center and most of the sights are within walking distance. Overall, an 10/10 experience! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and affordable place to stay.

No place to store luggage after check-out - we were proposed to put it just in the corner of the main reception room with remark "I can guarantee you nothing as I am not all time sitting here". Night administrator started to clean the floor at 5am and walk through the corridor on high heels - as we had very poor soundproof, it was impossible to sleep.

Great placement - in 2 mins near the Old center. Two-level beds are very high (much higher than usual for the upper bed), so keep it in mind if you travelling with kids. Hostel has a nice kitchen with stoves, refrigerators and washing machines for your belongings.

Lockers were not working. Kettle is a little bit run down and not very safe. Recommend it to change it before something happen.

Been there already the second time. Really nice hostel in the middle of the city with nice and helpful staff. People are there very kind. When I'm in the city again I will stay there again. Also people who were staying there were nice. Felt there really comfortable

Hostel is pretty basic, but safe, warm, central location and lowest price. Staff is very nice. Rooms are quite big, there is also a kitchen where you can cook some basic food and use fridge. The showers are very basic.

Shower (and toilet) needs more separation than just a shower curtain (and a wall of the stall). I would lock the whole room of 3 showers since anyone can walk in. A certain discerning sex might feel locked out if one person is taking space of a group and vice versa. Handicapped guests may feel more isolated since the hotel is on the top floor (elevator was not working...i get about the black out but the other floors were running warm and the music was blaring). Cold common area. There was a toilet in the lobby yet I was told not to use it...even though there was running water and electricity.

Nice overlooking area. Solid wifi and never witnessed a black out. High ceiling. Warm rooms. Spacious. Nice lobby. Would stay again eventhough the misgivings.

The hostel is located on the 4th floor and there is no working elevator.

I enjoyed my stay. I booked a bed in a two bedroom suit. Luckily nobody joined me. The room had an air conditioner and a desk to work. I did work using my laptop and enjoyed the speed of free wi-fi. Toilet and shower are on the same flow. Near the hostel there is a coffee shop Stefanyo and a mini market to buy some food.

I recommend keeping men and women separate for comfortable with each other. ask woman if she want stay with men or no. I recommend buying a beautiful set of dishes and cutlery. I recommend buying a new kettle that will work properly. the microwave is in good condition, thank God. I recommend that you write a warning on the acceptance and withdrawal website. I felt weakness after long travel and hoped that I would be given a place sooner. unfortunately I waited a very long time.

I like that it’s was cheap and clean. The staff was humane and friendly to me.

internet sometimes didn't work, but only for a few minutes. bunk beds were really small and not comfy, we preferred to put mattresses on the floor and sleep there. it's in the 4th floor and elevator is not functioning

we paid for two dorm beds but there was no others so we had the room for ourselves. huge dining area, equipped kitchen

It was cold sometimes and there was only 1 sink. Thin blankets. Some lockers were broken.

A very nice hostel. Room kept warm in winter. Clean, chance to do laundry, neat big kitchen. Seems to be lots of students staying in it so could be great for meeting and talking to locals. Very good location and even a nice view from some rooms, for a very low price.
