The facilities are expectedly impressive (although I would recommend to move any housekeeping "sheds" to a more hidden locality so that they cannot be observed from the balconies in the main building), the surrounding nature is quite spectacular but the best thing about the place has been the service. Everyone I interacted with seemed really young but exceptionally caring which is absolutely remarkable, considering that the country is going through the brutal, unprovoked war. Food has been very tasty as well - the hotel is highly recommended!

Great place to have a mindful relaxation and a well deserved rest from the city life. Loved staying there. Great variety of tasty food. Very helpful and kind staff. The nature and the sole absence of civilization is simply a fresh breath of joy! Everything else that osonnya has offered slightly exceeded our expectations, we really loved the place and will happily return there! Thank you! Until next time!

Children's room: the animator there didn't pay much attention to the kids, she was much more interested in her phone, couldn't get in contact with a shy baby

- parking - we arrived late and there was not enough space to park comfortably, next day this wasn’t an issue anymore - there is a part of really bad road to get to the hotel

A bit crowded, but I suppose that couldn't be helped. Not allowed to bring one's own food to tables set outside a beer bar, although barbecuing stands are available, which did not make much sense.

Very nice location, scenic, small hills around, a nice river flowing right by the property, a small but nice swimming pool, good eating at the outside restaurant, very good food there. NO mosquitos! (amazing, but true)

FB as the only option for staying in spa building - it has to be flexible to give fb or bb as desired. Anyway people eat at property but they can choose per menu in restaurant near lake

Location and nature are fabulous!!! The restaurant near lake is so delicious , spa is nice and they even got new pool outside ! Also it worth mentioning the super speed internet! Everyone on the service are so pleasant! The only thing I would advise working further is a FB menu it needs meat and more side dishes

We strongly do not recommend horse riding here. Horses are not trained properly, which resulted in me almost getting into an accident - the horse did not wait for me to go off and walked into a stable with me still riding, staff couldn’t stop him. I specifically asked when we booked whether we can do this if we don’t know how to ride, staff confirmed that it’s not a problem.

We really liked staying in this hotel, great location, nice amenities, pleasant service, amazing nature around. Nice place for family vacation, most of guests are families with kids - there are a lot of activities for children.

The electricity went out so having a baby and a need to access boiling water was problematic. No one new when can it be fixed, luckily they got it managed in 1.5 days. Rhetorical questions: 1) why do I need an exchange card for towels? Im not going to build castles of those. 2) why do I need to carry cash everywhere and can not just ask to put it on my room?(funny part if you request room service - you will after need to go to the restaurant to pay, you can not do in the hotel) 3) why do I need to carry a card for mineral water, are people outside the hotel who did not pay for it expected there? 4)can I pay more an take the bike without a need of going to the reception, those are old and in fair condition anyway? 5) Last one, can I pay more and after I ask for 5 pancakes can not be asked back "will you be fine with 4"? 5) Bonus, can the pool work after nearly a week?

The atmosphere was not a really relaxing one. As a guest you have the feeling some people of the staff impute you anything.

Badly run hotel - gardens are messy - omg dirty boats in dirty water - ugh

Not much - Rooms are hot - no air conditioning- flies from horses living in terrible condition. Very poor place
