“I arrived at the hotel two hours late due to a flight delay. Upon arrival, I was informed that my check-in time had passed and I could not get my room. It was midnight, and my Uber driver had already left. I inquired about my options, and they advised me that I could rent another room at the current rate, which was higher than the rate I had originally booked. Not only was I unable to receive a refund for my original booking, but they also directed me to contact the booking agency where I had made the reservation. I attempted to cancel my previous booking through Booking.com, but encountered an error. Consequently, I am now paying more than double the price I had initially agreed upon.”
