We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was very dirty. Badly stained carpet in the room. It smelled dirty. The extra lock on the door was broken, and being on disability I wasn't expecting to have to walk so far to the room. I would have been better off saving the money for the hotel and slept in my vehicle.
The location of the hotel is the only thing positive about it.

United StatesAbsolutely everything. The office worker was drunk. He had something in his mouth that he wouldn't swallow kept slurping his drool. Everything was disgusting. The bedding was definitely still dirty. Electrical was not up to code at all. Holes in the walls, broken doors, a smell that stung your nostrils. I have no idea how this place is still open.

United StatesI didn't like that the manager doesn't know how to look up reservations under bookings or talk english.. I dont work there and I had to click on bookings just to find my name. They stand in there home and watch you I could feel like I was watched the entire time I was there and I felt very uncomfortable. I also didn't like that I found 4 bed bugs and ended up leaving at 300 in the morning and come home. They also need to clean better in entry way where u check in at it was filled with bugs. The sink where u wash your hands was cold water. The sink on the side of the stove didn't work at all.
The beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and nice hot water . The location is good right by the high way.

United StatesSmelled like pee. One of the beds smelled like pee on the upper left side. The carpet by the sink was very pungent with urine. The entire area near the toilet made my eyes water because the scent of peepee was so bad. The towels were dirty and smelled dirty.
They had wifi. There is an adult boutique next door so I could screw myself even harder than I did when I booked the room. They didn't charge me for a second room key, or at least I don't think they did.

United StatesBathroom smelled like pee!!!! room smelled bad, just dirty, dusty, spider webs all over the windows in corners under tables. Bed was terrible half of it was sunk in. Fridge was un plugged so I gad to plug it in for a while to even get it cold for the stuff I had to go in it. All around bad experience I even saw online that you could get a discount and when I called to ask about pricing he told me much higher than what I seen online so I said well I will just book online it's alot cheaper and the guy said no no not online! Like he almost didn't want to honor that. I did it anyway and they did honor the online pricing but wow who says that no no don't do it online?!

United StatesFirst looked as if a food fight took place, the sick had holes that were covered with tape, the shower floor was black, one of the lamps cords was barely put together with electrical tape, I booked a room with 2 beds this room had 1. I went back to the the front desk trying to be very polite about this whole thing and said I can not stay in that room it's very dirty and I paid for a room with 2 beds, the guy is looking at me like I'm trying to steal from them and like he doesn't understand me but also offended that I said the room was dirty. The second room was a LITTLE cleaner, but only 1 bed oh did I mention the cable and internet were out, so I paid for a room that should have had 2 beds, cable and internet but had none, wasn't offered a discount or a apology nothing.

United StatesCheck in, room, sink had a piece of duct tape over a large hole, everything was filthy, shower curtain leaked water on floor-shower curtain stuck outside the unit! Main person at desk asked me if we pre-paid on line, was on the phone with his daughter asking way too many questions to help determine if we paid or not, smoke detector battery was chirping and the wife went to the desk-the same guy was to replace it and we came back with no battery etc etc etc. I want my money back!
