The room was clean and had a good stay at this place. The location is good and is nearby to Lake powell scenic point, Antelope Canyon amd Horseshoe bend. The breakfast was good as well. The staff too was very nice. Overall had a good time and would recommend to anyone visiting this area.

There is Best Western hotel which is different from Best Western Plus. You may be confused between two hotels. I was confused.

The staff is kind. Good facilities. Good location. Near horse shoe bend and antelope canyon. There are some restaurants around the hotel.

During the last night of our stay, the water from the shower was very hot even though the knob was set to warm/cool water. However, this problem did not occur during showers earlier in our stay.

It was an overall good experience. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of available parking, and in a great location (within walking distance to several restaurants and driving distance to sights such as the Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon).

The elevator wasn’t working reliably but there was no note or info given by the front desk when we checked in. Due to staff shortages, our room wasn’t cleaned daily. We had to ask for towels, toiletries & coffee. Some front desk staff weren’t very friendly.

Loved the rooms, cleanliness, pool area & the breakfast. We were there on the off season so the price was amazing.

The breakfast was tasty but the staff clearly couldn't keep up with demand. There were a ton of guests & everything kept running out quickly. The door wouldn't shut, we had to shove it closed each time.

The breakfast was a gong show! Your groups descended and quite literally took over the entire space. Leaving people to take food to their rooms to eat. Long lines to get to food and then food was gone when you got there.

Great location to stay if commuting between Utah & Arizona - glad we'd booked in advance as it was sold out upon arrival for other patrons. Was surprised at the quality and quantity of breakfast options available in the morning, had options to accommodate all. Free water for the day was also a nice touch (single use plastic fyi). Rooms were spacious albeit dark in parts of the building, but as a place to lay your head for a day whilst visiting the local area, would recommend and would stay at again. Large car park outside, off the main strip in Page makes it easy to stay and lots of local restaurant options mean you don't have to venture by car to get anywhere.

Breakfast is insane! Never seen anything like this. Almost worth staying here just to watch this. The aircon can only be used whilst one is awake so don’t think of staying here during the hotter months of the year, because you simply won’t be able to cool the room for sleeping.

Shampoo and conditioner containers were Empty when we got our room. Also disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. October 20 and 21, 2023. I wish they had put this on website. I booked all of our hotels based on pools and hot tubs.

The first day I told the front desk the bathtub drain was slow to the point you'd be standing in ankle deep water during a short shower. Wasn't fix in the 2 night stay.
