The lobby had a weird smell and the bathroom & towels could have been cleaner

My air conditioner spewed out some noticeable particles. The room was warm when I arrived, so I put the air on before going to sleep. When I woke up, I noticed particles on the floor near the a/c unit.

I liked the free airport shuttle. I called the hotel from baggage claim and someone was there to pick me up within 10 minutes. The gentleman was helpful and friendly. The young lady that shuttled me to the airport was nice, but not as helpful until I asked for help with my luggage. I also like the gym. It was small, but had the treadmill I needed to do my morning jog. There were towels and water in there for use. The breakfast was the usual hotel menu, and it was hot and well stocked.

Lighting in the main room and bathroom was minimal, hot water took about 5 minutes to get just warm. Staff was friendly but not always visible at the front desk.

We were able to sleep comfortably with a working ,air conditioner, beds were clean and comfortable. Very quiet atmosphere. Snacks and beverages were readily visible for purchase.

I had requested a shuttle for 5 am but never received a response so I presumed that the request would be honored. When I checked in and mentioned the need for a shuttle at 5 am I was told that the shuttle wasn’t operating until 6am. Luckily our flight was delayed so we were able to make our flight using the 6 am shuttle.

Property was close to the Savannah airport. We were able to use the shuttle for an early morning flight

Elevator has a strong "medicinal" smell of ya know what I mean. Also, probably needs replaced. The door by the pool is supposed to be locked after 11PM but never was.

I always stay here when I visit family in Savannah. Close to food and shopping, far enough from the family and quiet.

The Privacy shade on the window that overlooks the parking lot was broken. The toilet seat was broken off. The trash was never emptied. The refrigerator was dirty. We have a coffee maker in our room the room is booked for two people and they leave one cup. The bed is hard as a rock. Front desk clerk is dressed in sweatpants look like she just came from the gym. Not very professional how would I even know she works there if she wasn't behind a desk. The night manager had the proper attire on

Hot tub was dirty and broken and on last day elevator was broken...we were on top floor...it was horrible since we both have back problems

A little noisy. We knew the room next to us was going to Disney World because we could hear the kids at 6AM, shouting about it,

Just needed an overnight rest while driving. We weren't staying more than the overnight so we just needed an inexpensive rest.

The elevator broke down and my friend got stuck in it for 10 - 15 minutes before the fire department arrived to let him out. The elevator needs to be replaced! You can tell it that it’s old and it doesn’t reflect the level of quality of the rest of the building or the overall experience.

Our check in was 3:30 pm and we did not get into our room till after 6 pm. Then we had to be giving keys for 3 different rooms as they were not finished with the cleaning of them.

My only negative was the bed. I have back issues and I found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable.

The edges of the pool were very dirty, hot tub had a weird foam on it that even had dark area in it, and the pool room had no chairs at all!!

I don’t like the fact that Night Shift can’t help you with anything ! you always have to wait till in the morning! And also I had an encounter with an old Nigerian guess attended on third shift he wore glasses and a bald head. I I didn’t like the fact that the Jacuzzi was stained brown and it wasn’t hot at all times. I had to ask several times for them to turn the heat on the first night it was cold we didn’t get to experience the Jacuzzi the first night because the temperature of the Jacuzzi.

I liked the convenience of the location and everything near it. I also like the fact that the facility had a pool and Jacuzzi inside.
