The squatty toilets in the rooms were a real pain to get up from. There was no bar to pull up and I basically had to kneel on the floor and push myself up on the edge of the tub. Only the handicap toilet in the common restroom was of a decent height.

the wifi for the entire property was awful. I count not get any signal in my room (386) and even in the lobby right by the router, internet service was lousy. It kept dropping the signal every few minutes.

Poor accessibility for people with limited mobility. Arranged like a motel with long strips of wings and so elevator is centrally and not convenient for elderly who need it.

The hotel seemed a bit older with some issues with a leaking sink, towel holder that was loose, and a plug in by the bed that did not create a tight fit for my husband's device.

The staff was very friendly and addressed our questions and needs very quickly. Providing us attached rooms allowed for a great set up for our family. Thank you!

It was very hard to find the hotel. Have to go through a Sams parking lot to get to it. No real entrance. There were people partying, singing and shouting well past 1:00 in the morning and impossible to sleep. Also we were very surprised to see so many dogs at the hotel for a dog show. Love dogs but didn’t expect to see them in the lobby.

Room was nice and staff was friendly and very helpful. They provide a shuttle to town but you had to pay $5 each to use the service.

The location was close to the city but a detour that made it tougher getting into and out of, not the hotels fault.

The room was nice and clean and pretty large, a king size bed. It was on the second floor and had a nice view. The lobby/bar area was very nice with a big fire place. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

People smoking and drinking outside the room and into the yard for 2 days straight. Man let his dog swim in the pool. Large dogs everywhere. Didn't feel like there was any security around to not allow the dog swimming. People swimming in there clothes also.

Bed was comfortable, lots of good pillows. We had a ground level with a patio that went straight to the pool.

The only thing that I didn't like was that after hours it was a bit harder to get back into the hotel. We had to use a back door that was somewhat tucked away. It also took longer than it should have to bring extra wash clothes and toilet paper

I loved this resort. This was my 2nd time coming and each time was a great experience. The staff is nice, the facilities are clean and the location is wonderful. I would definitely come back here again!

Shuttle service to downtown should have specific pick up/drop off times. Would be easier for everyone i think. Skim the pool more.. too many leaves in it.
