Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe soundproofing of the rooms did not apply to the doir into the hallway. It was a mediocre door and noise from a loud group with loud children woke us up at 11:30pm.
The beds are very comfy and the AC works well.

United StatesWe were in room 203 I believe and they battery to the fire alarm was dead and chirping. We were so exhausted we just unplugged it and went to bed. Also, my little kids needed a bath and the drain was broken.
Was clean, staff were excellent and booking/checking in was a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet.

This hotel has a very nice lobby and the rooms are very comfortable. Rooms are great and were clean. We also liked that there was a bar in the lobby with TVs to watch sports the weekend we visited.

MexicoThe parking lot doesn’t have enough room for all the cars, we couldn’t find a spot and many vehicles were parked over the sidewalk. Also, the toilet paper is of low quality, house cleaning took our towels and did a bad job at cleaning the room. Another issue is that paying breakfast though booking only gives you access for two people, no matter if your group is bigger, you will have to pay it separately, but it is not worth it.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice beds. It has a great location in the 410, to can go to the San Marcos premium outlets really fast.

United StatesThe carpet in room 218 needs serious attention. I forgot my house shoes & my feet were black just from walking from window area to the tub. I did report it upon checking out and counter staff were very receptive to the criticism, they immediately made a notation for housekeeping.
The location was great, since I had an early international fly . Did not eat Breakfast at hotel since it started at 7 the time I had to be at airport; not a problem for me, since I had plenty time to eat peacefully at airport. The staff was great. Will definitely be back for next trip.
