We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy room was absolutely disgusting I don’t think they changed the bed sheets it had a slight scent so I removed them the towels had dirt marks on them and the shower curtain was filthy and the bed spreads had some type of red substance on it.
The location is perfect and I love the decor.

United StatesWorst trip ever. We were all cramped up in the room. Even though the room was advertised as sleeps 5. It couldn’t even fit 4 properly. Beds were extremely small. Suffering with severe back n neck pain. We were there for 3 nights . House keeping came only once. Whole room became messy. I dont know why did they charge almost 1000 CAD for such a worthless experience. I recommend Booking.com also to update their hotel listings for this one. I seriously dont understand how this facility received 8.5 rating. Its not even worth 1.

Easy to get to, room very nice, beds were very comfortable . Bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Checking was very smooth and the front desk was great. Parking was good parked on Friday and did not touch it again until we left. Walking distance to DC metro was great. Walking distance to many different local restaurants just down around the corner. Thank you.

Waiting for hotel security staff’s serious investigation. 3. On top of stealing incident our room was not cleaned when we returned to room A total disaster!!!

United StatesMade reservation for 5 adults. Called Tuesday to confirm 5 adults and give marriot number, check in at 8pm and was told roll away bed will be right up. I call at 845 and was told 15 minutes. We have to be up at 3. I have 3 small kids. I call again at 930 and he said he will call it in. At 1030 I go down and he said he doesn’t have one. He said he had a mattress. I said no and he said he will call and for one in 15 minutes. I come back in 15 minutes and he call somebody and says it will be here soon. I complained and demanded another room since I will be up in 4 hours defeating purpose of this stay. I asked for manager and area manage and he refused to give me name or number. In am I complained again and he said they were busy. He gave me 2k Marriott point or $17. What. A joke. I left.

United StatesI booked through booking .com, I prepaid in order to get that rate.When I checked in they were going to recharge my card for the entire rate! I showed them that it was paid with the app.Another clerk got things fixed.
The view was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast buffet however, the granola french toast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was on time. Metro access in lower level. I would absolutely stay here again!
