Location was good to where I need to go. Missing coffee machine, notifiedx4 to get it, no hair dryer, bathroom was leaking, drain cover was missing, loud neighbors. Otherwise comfortable bed.

Missing amenities in the room. Curtains were missing the “hangers”. Was given only 3 towels for a 4 night stay with no hand towels or wash cloths. Also, I am still waiting to hear back about a $40 lounge charge that I did not make.

The drawback was that this hotel seemed to be falling apart. Numbers were taped to the walls/doors; the toilet was barely hanging on; etc. It just needs a little tender-loving care and some maintenance upkeep.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They were very helpful, kind, and very friendly. They were quick to meet our needs when asked and always had a smile on their faces when they greeted their guests.

Broken toilet handle. Black hairs on shower curtain. Peeling paint on ceiling. Desk was damaged by heat or water.

The cookie is divine. Lobby area was very nice. Check in and check out was seamless.

The temperature in the lobby was stuffy. The bathroom in my room was dimly lit and the tub did not look clean. Also the showerhead was leaking. Lastly, the thermostat in my room was slow to respond when lowering the room temperature.

The lobby was nice. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Also the cable channels were good. At check in the front desk woman was professional and courteous.

Days of the room cleaning, every other 3 days if i can remember and the front desk did not pick up calls when needed, no guide or any information to know or any direction in the room to guide us, there was no transportation to take us pick up from the airport and vise versa.

The room was very good and beds were very comfortable, it was not too cold but was warm enough, the beds were comfortable its just the room did not clean everyday, there were times we need supplies such as toilet tissues and towels, so we had to call. The front desk does not pick up phone calls when call from the rooms, the room did not checked or prepared well before we checked in, it was flooded from the toilet, we had to go down to tell the person at the reception that the toilet was flooded and water was all over the floor and the bathroom, the first time we came for checked in, the person at the front desk was kind of rude when we asked questions. Breakfast was very good, its just that the service was kind of slow but it was good, we enjoyed it and we enjoyed stayed at the Double Tree Hotel.

I did not appreciate the AC problems that we experienced in both rooms that we were switched to. We had a very humid and sweaty nights to where we had to open the window for fresh cool air.

The property was very old looking in built on the inside. Both rooms that we got switched to still had mold in the shower and the surrounding area was not appealing.

The toilet had a leak. There was paint peeling in several locations. The phone service was out for the 1st 2 days, beyond staffs control, but the manager was not present to aid staff in dealing with patrons who weren't as patient. That phone service inconvenienced the whole hotel because maintenance had to grant access to EVERYONE entering their rooms. Being so reliant on one service is problematic to say the least.

The location was near the freeway. The room was relatively clean and large. We were compensated for the inconvenience of not having access to our room with breakfast on the first morning.
