This is my 3rd visit to Dream South Beach since 2015. Been there for Halloween each time (the 10 block long street party at Lincoln Road is a blast). As for Dream South Beach, I have found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and attentive. The Hotel is only on block from the beach and overlooks the Versace Mansion. The rooftop pool is the place to chill after spending several hours on the beach, the rooftop bar is a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner.

Amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff! Not many amenities in the hotel. Room cleaning was always on time and did a great job. Would definitely come back, if I can find a better deal.

For double full bed room it was strange to have the glass from the shower /bathroom to the hallway to enter the room . I was sharing with a friend hence the double beds . And the entrance way to get through the restaurant was a strange location, coupled with a slow elevator wasn't the best .

Noisy rooms. We changed room once because of that noise, but it didn't help. We were 2th floor right above downstairs bar and they played music very loud. Had to use earplugs.

Rooms were clean, location was great. Beach was close and beach chairs were free for hotel guests. Staff was friendly.

No full length mirror in the room. The lighting was very dim. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough to store food. I hate that I had to walk through Naked food restaurant to get to my room. The Lobby area needs more color to brighten up the atmosphere. The elevator was so hot.

I loved the location. The rooms was very clean. I loved the style of the room. The hotel staff was very pleasant. I liked the courtyard area. I loved the whole look of my room especially the glass doors and how everything was separated.

Hotel is beginning to look a little dated, needs a lick of paint in areas and 'modernising' . More USB points in bedroom. VERY noisy at night as room overlooked the bar next door.

Close to beach and night life. Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

They messed up our booking. Booked 2 Kind Rooms and we’re allocated 1 kind and 1 queen in different blocks when we arrived. Even though we made contact with hotel directly to make sure the rooms could be on the same floor. After some disappointment Olivia saved the holiday. She was extremely helpful and a great asset to the company. Olivia was able to modify our room bookings and we compromised and Olivia suggested to refund the difference in room type cost back to us. If it wasn’t for Olivia we would have been extremely disappointed in an already expensive holiday.
