The pool and bar where shut. The room was quite dark Night time security guard was a little rude No one was able to take my bags from my room when I checked out.

The room was very small. we didn't like the fact that there really wasn't a self-park option, but realized that this is typical Miami. For the price, we expected more.

The hotel seemed old and outdated. It was really dark and gloomy the room was more like a closet. Normally I like to spend atleast a day using my room but this trip forced me outside into the crowd

I loved that it was in the heart of South Beach. They offer beach towels and chairs for pool inconvenience also hotel Victor was an option for rooftop pool

I loved the mood setting in the room but it would be nice if there was a lamp or better lighting around the bed. The lights attached to the bed were too dim for reading and the one over my bed was sending an SOS signal because it kept blinking.

I liked the fact that this hotel was centrally located and that even though the pool was closed for renovations, an alternative option was made available to the guests. The Customer Service/Concierge Service was A+++ from the time I arrived until the time I left. They were always one step ahead to take our luggage when we got out the taxi, to opening the door to making sure our rooms were ok, etc.

The air conditioner in the room did not work well, did not cool and also made a lot of noise. The sink was clogged and the water did not go down. After I asked, the receptionist treated very nicely. It was important to him that I be satisfied so he looked for an upgraded room and moved me to a room. The service of the staff was excellent!

Breakfast was very basic but as expected. The location is great, close to the beach and downtown. The hotel staff was charming, polite and efficient. Help me and guide me in everything I need. Make sure my vehicle is ready on time and provide me with a sense of security and professionalism. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel.

The entrance doors are hollow so the noise from the hallway echoed in the room. Also the bathroom in our suite had no privacy.

No parking, high resort fees, pool was not open- but they did give us a pass to use a very nice pool in the Victor Hotel, around the block. Very loud construction going on & it’s like right in your room, started Early & continued the entire day. Room lighting sexy during the evening but way to dark in the daytime. Otherwise, nice & sexy hotel

Although our room was cute, cozy, clean and comfortable, it was right over top of the restaurant and facing 11th street. Between the music from the restaurant, street noise like I've never heard in my life, it made for a restless night all the way through 5:00am, every single night. The young lady who put us in the room said she had the perfect room for us. I honestly don't know what she was thinking. That part was a nightmare. We got maybe 4 hours of sleep each night. We should have been placed on the opposite side of the building, facing the court yard.

The convenience of access to the beach, including the complimentary 2 beach chairs was very nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful and comfortable with great service from everyone. The location, location, location making it easy to walk to everything. One of our excursions even picked us up from our hotel. The on-site restaurant Naked Taco is a absolute must try. Last but not least, the staff was great! Always professional, polite, willing to answer all questions I had with excitement.
