Overall the room was good but the shower and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Room wasn't set for 4 people on arrival had to make up the sofa bed, but staff quick to provide extra pillows &bedding.

The staff was hit or miss. The person checking us in, was nice, but it was obvious she didn't want to be there. The woman who took our breakfast ticket Sunday morning was more concerned with complaining about other guests and other co-workers with her co-worker, loud enough for all to hear. When I handed her my ticket, I got a very rough "enjoy your breakfast." Also, you have to pay for parking which was not an issue; but not noted in the booking description.

Facility was great! The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thee room was very clean and the ambiance of the main lobby was really pretty and comfortable.

The pool was closed and one of the biggest reasons that we decided to stay at this facility was for the indoor pool. We were upset to find out that the pool was not operational.

I appreciated accessible elevators, the gym had multiple types of equipment, the bar was fully stocked and we received two free drinks at check in. The elevator has a see through glass that allowed us to see the bar and atrium. The facility had plenty of parking. And everyone was nice and informative of the area.

The rooms can be updated and the blankets need to be washed or new ones need to be put on the bed mine had staines all over it .. 😤

It was close to the airport I like to sit and watch the plans take off .. ( couldn’t see it from the hotel but was close enough in driving distance to see it).. Also the breakfast and happy hour .. was good but they can change up the menu it’s the same food every time I visit.

I liked the proximity to the airport and frequency of the airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was friendly and helped with our bags. The dinner was pretty good, the breakfast was excellent.

The person the front desk did not know what they were doing. They tried to charge Booking.com for the incidentals. It did not go through and I had to wait for 45 minutes on hold to speak to someone at your company to figure out what happened

We had no soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. They were suppose to be in the 443ml bottles attached to the wall but they were all empty, making us think they never cleaned the room. I left all the bottles empty bottles on the counter so that they make sure to fill them for the next guests. Also, we booked for 3 people but got towels for 2 and got not bedding for the third person (for the hide a bed). Had to call 3 times for room service. When she arrived she only brought us shower gel and the bed sheets had large visible stains. One of us had their own own shampoo and conditioner so she let us all use that instead of calling house keeping again. Before we arrived they offered me an upgrade and when I went to accept they said I did not qualify because I used booking.com to book. Also they put us next to the elevator, very noisy. There was a conference here and many of the young people chatted and laughed loudly until very late - by the foyer/close to the elevator.

Looked very nice in foyer. We were offered 2 free drinks for each of the 3 of us for the happy hour time slot.

Overall a perfectly good airport hotel if you get stuck in Philly, I picked this location for the free shuttle and wifi and both of those worked well! There's also an on-site restaurant.

TV did not work. I asked for help and was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. I was a little annoyed about that. Especially at the amount of money that is being spent to stay there. Everything should be working properly. Also, I could tell that housekeeping sid not clean certain things in the room. Table for example. Had some leftover food stains, and was a little sticky. Also, pool was extremely cold and looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Water gets very hot and stays hot. Love that. Breakfast is pretty good.
