Breakfast was not that great. Bacon tasted like it was left over from the day before. Breakfast staff seemed rather irritated, sometimes unpleasant and was not prepared for a large crowd.

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

$25.00 parking advertising a day ! It initially sacred me. But, I didn't have to pay it, ty hotel validated

We called for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, as instructed, and after 40 minutes, it still hadn’t shown up. We called back and was told it would be there shortly. We waited 15 more minutes, and finally got a ride to the hotel from a police officer working at the airport who felt bad that we were waiting so long in the cold in December.

The property is well maintained. The inside is beautiful. The bar and restaurant were great.

The Shuttle service from Airport to Hotel had a long wait almost 45 minutes. Not a very happy experience

The pressing iron and the ironing board is very old and poor. The pressing iron was dirty and has burnt lint all over it plate while ironing board was naked without foam/fitted clothing over it

I don't like how the pool closed at 5pm on a weekend, when check in is at 4pm. Then the pool opens at 10am but checkout is at 11am. That's 2 hours of swim time during a one day stay but the pool stays open until 8pm on weekdays. I don't like how guests have to pay $25/day for parking... I got stopped with my cupcakes because of a "No cake" policy which is ridiculous...My parents used this hotel for me and my siblings parties and booked rooms just for us to swim in the winter when I was younger. This is my first time bringing my children and haven't been here in years. So much has changed and not for the better. Their new set of rules made this pricey hotel not worth it.

Water could not be contained in shower and came out on floor. Very bad language coming from kitchen staff downstairs. Only one set of elevators for a large square shaped room arrangement that opened to the lobby below. Long walk to room.

Paying for parking....??...its an airport hotel...well outside city! The staff was kinda phoning it in...didn't relay info fully and didn't mention breakfast tickets required... Have stayed at HES in Alexandria and in Ft Lauderdale...no breakfast tickets there...and Lauderdale was Dec'21...so in covid... Only stayed one night...

the breakfast was good...in keeping with Hilton standards. Very clean...like the format of Embassy Suites.

I didnt like the fact that the power went out and I didn't have any use for internet. That was a main reason I wanted to get away. The water faucet was off track and I think it was mold under where the fridge was located. The phone & clock wasn't working in the room and when I did try calling the front office noone ever answered the phone. Never was told about tge internet until I went and asked and when the air was on the rug was getting wet in between the bedroom and the bathroom. I stayed in room 152.

I like the location and I loved that it was far from other things. I did like the fact that I wasn't bothered by anyone. The atmosphere was really great as well.

wi-Fi didn’t work. had to join Hilton program to access the free Wi-Fi and it was unavailable. front desk person told me I might need to walk around the lobby to find a signal. I wanted to use a tablet in room, not while wandering the lobby. additionally, no one answered calls to the front desk—I called from airport and phone rang well over 40 times before I hung up. while in lobby, I observed the phone ringing and agents didn’t answer even tho neither had a guest at the desk .

Paying 25.00 to park, when vehicle was only there 3 hours just to get settled in room and return it to the car rental service at airport. After paying over $250 for room.

Interiors need an update and facelift! Peeling paint, our bathroom had rotted wood on the door casing - yuck! Carpets could have been cleaner, furniture in the room was chipped and tired looking.

Staff- top notch! Made to order breakfast -exceptional. Space in the suite - generous. Lobby decor - all of the plants made it very pleasant! Lounge area - terrific!

Bathroom could use a bit of a fixer upper and the drains, for sink and shower, needs some cleaning because the water wouldn’t drain well and would pool. Also, it took a while for the hot water to kick in. These were minor issues that didn’t bother me as much.

Clean, staff was friendly, love how close it is to the airport.
