The breakfast available was very skimpy, and the space/tables not sufficient for as many guests as were wanting to eat. A number of couples and families were staying here while attending a church conference in Tupelo. We got enough to to eat thanks to the fact that a number of us bought and brought in fruit, juice, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, etc, to share with other guests. The hotel only provided coffee, cold cereal, toast, and a very slow waffle maker.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were super comfortable.

Had a couple issues with the tv; at one point we had picture with no sound on several channels. There were a few ants on the table where the continental breakfast items were. I saw one gentleman who worked behind the desk lounging on the couch, shoes off, watching tv and messing with his phone. I didn’t think that was a good look. The ice machine didn’t work and I couldn’t locate another one.

I liked that the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. The suite allowed enough room for my family to seep comfortably. There were breakfast items available.

First off there were all kind of people standing out in the front of hotel smoking and being loud, I guess no designated area for them, secondly the room had a terrible odor not smoke or Marijuana, just a bad funk, the pull out couch mattress was stained, look like someone was murdered on it and spoiled themselves, one comforter had a huge hole in it, the place was just outdated, thirdly the breakfast was just toast cereals , juices and coffee, we didn't even eat or drink anything ..we left our room as quickly as we could get dressed would never stay there again, would rather drive further to Topelo

Recliner in room was filthy & should be thrown away or covered. pool was not open but not maintained (green). Breakfast consisted of cold cereal. Trash not emptied at door for 2 days

In case the first try did not work, someone stole my phone charger from the room. which is a major problem for workers and travelers who need a charged phone.

The only down side was the skimpy breakfast, but wasn't too bad considering the price.

The TV should be fully functional. It should be properly secured to the wall so it can be viewed without straining your neck.

The TV had no volume on several channels. It was not installed properly and would have been a hazard to small children as it was improperly attached to the wall.

The room was very stuffy. My sense of smell is very little but there was a smell. That didn't go away with turning air on but I couldn't Identify. The bottle of lotion on sink looked used. I tossed it. The next day housekeeping placed another just like it at the sink. Perhaps they only get half full bottles. I threw it out as well.

Asked for tiolet to be cleaned(could have regular clay water stain)when i first checked in, no housekeeping on staff. Was offered a different room.

The hotel room was dirty, which made the entire stay very uncomfortable. You could see fingerprints on the door & furniture. The carpets weren't vacuumed & the floor was as sticky as fly paper. There were too many stains on the chairs & couch. There was something sticky on the dresser handle. We have stayed here for years, but it gets worse every trip. We won't stay here again. It is a shame because the options in that area are very limited.

The breakfast was fine & the staff was fine. Nothing exceptional. The bed linens appeared to be clean.

Road into the Hotel was in bad repair full of pot holes, muddy, and loose gravel. Needs to be repaved badly. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and needs to be cleaned out and a bit of drain added. Bathroom floor was sticky. Breakfast was okay, however they ran out of butter/margarine for the waffles.

Nice quiet convenient location. Staff was very friendly. It looked and smelled clean.
