Breakfast was not included in what seemed high price room had paid extra which was to order off a small menu, pool hours said open 9am but wasn't open then. Also had problems with spa tub in room after filling up over few times black stuff floating inside.

Seem like a nice hotel & area on website at least.

Our room was dirty when we arrived - or maybe only partially cleaned. The bed appeared ok, at least we hope thatvwas changed. We got in after 5 pm so it didn't make sense. There were the previous guests bathroom towels still on the floor, trash in the bathroom trash, the soap was still in the soap dish opened, and a wrapper on the ground. I waited downstairs to tell someone but no one came and we were going to be late for our dinner. It was kind of gross, especially with Covid and then not be able to get cleaned the same night was frustrating

It was a clean and nice hotel. Good, cooked to order breakfast for the kids. My husband and I got takeout breakfast from the BEST place ever across the street, In Grano Bistro Bakery with drool worthy food and breads (pricey, but SO worth it!). That restaurant is literally the best thing about this hotel’s location! Other than that, no complaints about this hotel at all. it was a nice stay over Fourth of July weekend.

Probably some of the rudest staff I have encountered at a hotel in a long time. Front desk not welcoming at all. I had just got out of the car after a 9.5hr road trip to find the two complaining of a previous guest who had the wrong dates for their reservation. No welcome or smiles for me either. I had modified my stay to one day instead of two days several days earlier through booking.com. They still tried to charge me for two days stating they hadn’t been told. Thank God I had the confirmation email verifying my changed reservation which I had to forward to them. They huffed, demanded I forward the email to them and finally completed my check in. No welcome or smiles to my new Plebe. The only place in Annapolis who didn’t seem to care about Navy midshipmen or even acknowledge them. I will be back to Annapolis many times but sadly not staying here!

Dinner in the hotel took a long time, and pizza selection was over baked. Glass of wine was poured like a glass of water-too much. Breakfast was excellent.

My husband said the bed was uncomfortable. Since we were participating in many of the Naval Academy’s graduation festivities, it would have been extremely helpful for the hotel to have provided shuttles to and from the city of Annapolis. As it was, we had to spend quite a bit of money on cab fare to go to and from the events as well as to and from the airport.

The Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and contained all the necessary items. however, my husband said the bed was not comfortable. Since we were participating in the Naval Academy graduation festivities, it would have been helpful to have a hotel shuttle to take us into Annapolis. As it was, we had to spend quite a bit on cabs to take us and bring us back to the hotel at night, as well as to and from the airport.

No breakfast, but there was coffee. I like to check the room before signing in and dragging in my bag, just in case there is a problem in the room. ( a/c rattling, or toilet running, or TV not working. ) Was told I could not because of Covid. OK . But if something is wrong I asked. " you would have to stay anyway, we could not give you another room." REALLY? (Was checking in at the earliest proper time.) OK sergeant desk clerk! There was nothing wrong in the room thank heavens.

Clean, safe, modern, well appointed. I liked that there were trees and shade in the parking lot. I travel with a cat who lives in my car, and never goes to the rooms. Finding a shady spot to park is very important, even though I do not leave him in the car parked during the heat of the day. Always looking to park on the east side of the hotel so that the morning sun does not heat the car. before 6:00 am or 7:00 am

I didn’t like….. that it took about an hour to check in because the computer system was not working…. I came by Uber and asked the driver to wait for me while I checked in and then I would gather my bags from her car, not expecting the delay. that cost me $45 extra for her time

The lighting was very poor! There wasn’t a makeup mirror, so it was very difficult applying makeup! Our room wasn’t serviced on Saturday! No one told us we needed to request! That was a first!

The drains were slow draining! I told the desk on our way out on Saturday and they were fixed by the time we got back! It was a quiet stay! We loved a later checkout’

Parking lot was inadequate. Too many service vehicles parked utilizing 3 plus spaces. made worse by the fact that the hotel was completely booked. Thin walls and door no sound was muffled. Could even hear conversation on adjourning elevator!! Noise level of guests throughout the night and the weed smoking was unacceptable. A free breakfast have been nice.
