3rd floor ice machine didn’t work.

Quiet but I chose the top floor because of impact noise when I stayed on the third floor. Now I make the noise.

I didn't like the cancellation policy. I thought I had till Thursday to cancel a room I reserved for my son, but when I called Wednesday to cancel, they said I was a day too late. I was not happy.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was nice and cool.

Overall the experience was good.Overall, it was nice. Pool area was nice, sauna was HOT! Hotel was clean, beds could use new mattresses because they weren't as comfortable for 230+ a night on military discount. I feel like it's a bit over priced. There was 1 person at the front desk Saturday afternoon that had 0 personality and I guess didn't want to be at work because her whole demeanor was off...she didn't even excuse herself to answer a call when my mom was talking to her. However these two other lovely ladies were absolutely amazing! The girl who checked me in Friday night was so pleasant, I saw her again Saturday evening along with another older lady. They were so nice, full of energy, helpful! Give them girls a raise. My family and I were eating at a table downstairs at the time when we saw these two lovelies handle themselves with decorum, dignity and professionals as they explained to an uber eats delivery driver he was not permitted to go upstairs to hand deliver food at this time due to covid restrictions they have in place. He needed to place the food on the table and they would let them know their food has arrived. He yelled at them, and was very rude. For fun I'll mention...There was a couple having very erotic loud sex down the hall from us who scared a young girl out her room who said it's been 90 minutes and their in round 2.....but hey maybe they have 4 kids and that's their time to cut loose because I wanted to bring her a bag of ice LMFAOOOOO!!! My mother, daughter and I laughed so loud and ran down the hall to our rooms. Thank goodness none of us are prunes. I'm 48, my daughter is 27 and my mom is 64.

The front desk staff were absolutely awful! Completely unprofessional, cancelled our reservation and didn’t let us know. Taking personal calls while we tried to redo our reservation. Then we find out that parking is $10 a night and breakfast is $10 person. That wasn’t advertised and the person at the front desk didn’t mention it. We only stayed overnight and moved to the Best Western right up the street. BEWARE! There are A LOT of hotels in Annapolis, don’t choose this one.

The facility is nice with a pretty welcome area in the front. Central location in Annapolis.

Employee that checked us in was not very friendly and made errors in our reservation that then caused delays because our key cards did not work. She made us feel like an inconvenience and wanted to get back to the show she was watching on her phone. Hate to give a low review because the rest of the staff were great.

Had to pay extra for parking. If u want people to stay at your hotel… let them park in your lot for free.

Bad floors in the hotel. The person in the room who walked above my room sounded like a herd of cattle stomping when they walked in their room. My floor creaked through the center of it. Some of the carpeted areas were not clean in the walled-corners. Staff was not friendly. Glass windows were smeared, foggy on some - in the main public areas. Coffee was empty, I had to ask if they could put more in it. There was a group of 8 of us sitting in the reception area. WiFi would not connect up on my arrival, I had to ask 2 times & waited over 1/2 hour for them to remedy. I would not choose this hotel again.

Good location for my need. This was for a funeral.

The room smelled like a terrible smelling air freshner. I was in a handicap accessible room-not sure if this was the only option when I booked but would have preferred a regular room. I had to open the window the small crack that it allowed but my room overlooked the HVAC systems and the fans were ridiculously noisy and kept me awake all night.

I did not have breakfast there. It was fine for a last minute place to stay. Would not choose to stay again. Location was super convenient and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
