The bathroom was very small. You had to shut the door to use the toilet or tub. It was clean but very small.

The hotel is in a good location. the staff could not find my reservation and kept saying they were filled and could not give me a room. I presented the information from Brooking.com that was on my phone. Then after some looking she found the reservation. If I had left after her first try I would have been without a room. She was not too nice about it until she found the reservation. Also they are remodeling and work trucks were parked in the entry way and there was no place to park and easily get to the front desk. When I called about it they didn't seem to care. I will not stay there again.

The room carpet was still wet and smell mildew when we arrived. We had to open the window so carpet can dry faster.

There is some road construction taking place near the hotel which made it difficult to get into the parking lot. The hotel is being renovated, so there is construction noise during working hours. The parking lot was very small and often full, since it is shared with another business.

Location is very convenient! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The pool was pretty large although needs some tlc. Room was relatively quiet despite being close to the freeway.

just the driveway coming into the plaza that is shared by three other businesses. it has nothing to do really with Holiday inn. and more to do with the crazy drivers when I try to exit the parking lot. Death trap literally if you don’t use extreme caution.

Fuenitures and linens were dated. Linen were crumpled and not crisp. Making it appear like it's not clean and recently used. This is not the Holiday Inn that I know.

because of construction which closed the whole Holiday Inn parking lot, there were few marked spaces in the small parking area shared with a big lounge. The entrance was the back door we were told we would have to move our car at 7 am and couldn’t park again until 4 pm. totally unreasonable and something of which we were not forewarned. when we expressed our displeasure, the clerk got very snotty with us and said it was on their web page. when we told her we weren’t staying, she said she’d cancel the reservation but it appears she didn’t. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Everything. Rough unsafe location, drunk patrons, rude staff, NO PARKING ANYWHERE because the lottery bar on property was full, and the staff didn't care.

Nothing everything was great

Beds were comfortable, variety of breakfast,great location and awesome staff. Loved the honesty of your staff, we are from Washington and when we got back home we saw we were missing a bag of brand new clothes. When we called the hotel the next day front desk informed me housekeeping had turned it in. They held our bag til we picked up the next day. We will most definitely be staying here again.
